На основі проведених досліджень обґрунтовано принципову конструктивно-технологічну схему ефективного одновального змішувача для реалізації процесу приготування збалансованих сумішей для ВРХ, виконаного у вигляді горизонтально розташованого циліндричного корпусу з мішалкою, яка складається з секції плоских лопатей з різним кутомїх нахилу. Запропонована конструкція змішувача забезпечує однорідність суміші на рівні 94% та необхідну технологічну ефективність і надійність виконання процесу з мінімальними витратами енергії. The diploma work is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the process and the quality of preparation balanced full-ration feed mixtures due to the improvement of the design of the paddle mixer with the determination of its main parameters. On the basis of the conducted research, the basic structural and technological scheme of an effective single-stage mixer for the implementation of the process preparing balanced mixtures for cattle, made in the form of a horizontally located cylindrical body with an agitator, consisting of a section flat blades with different angles of their inclination, has been substantiated. The proposed design of the mixer ensures the homogeneity of the mixture at the level of 94% and the necessary technological efficiency and reliability of the process with minimal energy consumption.
