Item Модернізація зерноочисної машини з обгрунтуванням параметрів решітної частини(ЦНТУ, 2024-06-14) Тоток, Артем Анатолійович; Totok, ArtemВ магістерській роботі проведено аналіз конструкцій існуючих зерноочисних машин, решітних сепараторів та очисників решіт. Обґрунтовано основні параметри решітної частини зерноочисної машини ОВС-25, які дозволять підвищити її ефективність роботи, а також спроектовано конструкцію очисника решіт ударного типу. Побудовані графічні аналітичні залежності повноти розділення зерна від кута нахилу плоского коливального решета. Здійснено інженерні розрахунки основних і допоміжних робочих органів зерноочисної машини, що забезпечать її ефективну роботу. In the master's thesis, an analysis of the designs of existing grain cleaning machines, sieve separators and sieve cleaners was carried out. The main parameters of the sieve part of the grain cleaning machine OVS-25 were substantiated, which will allow to increase its efficiency, and the design of the impact type sieve cleaner was designed. Graphic analytical dependences of the completeness of grain separation on the angle of inclination of the flat vibrating sieve were constructed. Engineering calculations of the main and auxiliary working bodies of the grain cleaning machine were carried out, which will ensure its effective operation.
