    Обробка дугою отворів з використанням мідного електрода-інструмента

    Розроблено основи прогнозування технологічних характеристик процесу обробки електричною дугою отворів мідними електродами-інструментами. Запропоновано та випробувано новий ефективний спосіб обробки малих отворів. The objective of the work is to forecast technological parameters and increase of efficiency of the process of dimensional treatment of holes by the arc using copper electrochemical machining electrodes. The work presents the results of experimental research of the following technological parameters: relative linear wear of a copper electrochemical machining electrode, roughness of the treated surface, flank spark gap, treatment productivity, specific output of treatment and unit discharge of energy. Conclusions: - theoretical and practical principles of forecasting technological parameters and increase of efficiency of the process of treatment of holes by the arc using copper electrochemical machining electrodes were worked out; - the simulator of relative linear wear of copper electrochemical machining electrode was received which enabled showing the conditions to minimize wear; - new effective way of treatment of small holes by the arc was suggested and tested.
