    Автоматичне керування положенням шпинделя на гідростатичних підшипниках

    Запропонована система автоматичного керування положенням шпинделя на основі регульованих радіальних гідростатичних підшипників та програмованих клапанів витрат рідини. Розроблено лінеаризовану математичну модель системи та отримані характеристики її якості. The purpose of work is development and research of the automatic control position system of spindle on the basis of expense descriptions adjustment of hydrostatical supports with the programmable valves flow of liquid. Scheme solutions of the system of automatic control spindle position are offered on the basis of the adjustable radial hydrostatical bearings and programmable valves flow of liquid. The linearized mathematical model is developed and transmission functions are definite, that allows us to study workings processes in the control system. On the basis of modeling means of MatLab Simulunk dynamic descriptions of the system are obtained, in particular transitional and frequency characteristics. Digital control the system by spindle position is developed on the adjustable hydrostatical bearings can be used in machine-tools with CNC.
