    Використання осіннього листя для виготовлення альтернативних видів палива

    Розроблено маловитратну технологію пресування брикетів із осіннього листя, та вперше запропоновано, досліджено і розроблено технологію прямого видавлювання із них пеллет. The objective of the work is the elaboration of low-cost technology of making firewood (briquettes and pellets) of fallen leaves without adding other material, particularly wax. The article presents the results of experimental research of the process of production of firewood using fallen leaves, which include the following stages: - for producing pellets: collection of leaves; grinding leaves; pressing-out pellets and modeling the process; test on burning of some pellets and modeling the process; test on burning of the group of pellets; - for briquettes: collection of leaves; grinding leaves; pressing briquettes and determination of effort of deformation; test on burning of some briquettes. Conclusion: - the technology of pressing briquettes of autumn leaves was improved due to the development of low-cost technology of pressing without adding other material, particularly wax, which allows to lower the price in 90…100 times; - the technology of direct pressing-out of pellets of autumn leaves was suggested, studied and developed for the first time.

    Удосконалення розмірної обробки твердосплавних прокатних валків біполярним інструментом

    Запропоновано та розроблено новий спосіб розмірної обробки твердосплавних валків біполярним інструментом, що дозволяє виконувати одночасну обробку двох деталей за один хід шпинделя з прогнозованим зніманням з них різних припусків. При цьому цикл обробки зменшується в 2,0 – 2,5 рази. A new method of dimensional processing of hardmetal rolls with bipolar tool is suggested and worked out. It allows to execute concurrently the processing of two details for one spindle travel with predictable excess material beveling. At that processing cycle is lessening as 2,0 – 2,5 times.

    Досліджено та описано фізичний механізм формування електричною дугою шорсткості бічної поверхні електрода-заготовки в умовах варіювання кута нахилу твірної бічної поверхні електрода-інструмента. Physical mechanism of lateral surface roughness forming of electrode-billet in the conditions of inclination variation of lateral surface generatrix of electrode-instrument is studied and described.
