    Моделювання показників міцності механічного компенсатора похибок системи «прес-штамп» із застосуванням метода скінченних елементів

    Розроблено теоретичні та практичні основи прогнозування показників міцності механічного компенсатора похибок системи «прес-штамп» із застосуванням метода скінченних елементів. Отримані математичні моделі даних показників та на їх основі запропоновано і створено новий компенсатор, що здатний витримати номінальне зусилля преса. The objective of the work is to forecast the strength indicators and creation of a new compensator of defects of the system “press-punch” which can withstand nominal pressing force. The work has the results of: - systematic analysis of the elements of the structure of mechanic compensators; - modeling the indicators of strength of mechanic compensator with spherical concave sleeve bearing using the method of final elements; - modeling deformation pattern of the compensator under load. Conclusion: - theoretical and practical grounds for the forecasting the indicators of strength of mechanic compensator of defects in the system “press-punch” were worked out; - a new mechanic compensator with optimal geometric parameters which is able to withstand the nominal pressing force was created and suggested. This compensator is used to increase quality of separating thin sheet-metal stamping.
