А.Стаття досліджує роль Державного аграрного реєстру (ДАР) в стимулюванні економічного розвитку сільського господарства в Україні. ДАР є важливим інструментом, який забезпечує доступ до достовірної інформації про земельні ресурси та суб’єктів господарювання. В аналізі представлено механізми функціонування реєстру, його вплив на підвищення прозорості аграрного сектору, забезпечення доступу до фінансових ресурсів та покращення управлінських рішень. Автори акцентують на важливості інтеграції сучасних інформаційних технологій, які дозволяють аграріям оперативно отримувати необхідні дані та спростити бюрократичні процедури. Зокрема, в статті розглядаються приклади успішної практики реалізації аграрного реєстру в Україні, що свідчить про його потенціал як каталізатора економічного зростання та підвищення конкурентоспроможності українського агробізнесу. The article examines the role of the State Agrarian Register (SAR) as a key instrument for the economic development of agriculture in Ukraine. In today's economy, when the agricultural sector is becoming an important component of the national economy, the SAR acts as a catalyst for changes, ensuring integration of information technology into traditional agricultural practices. The research methodology included the analysis of statistical data, a survey among agricultural producers, and a study of granting practices in Ukraine. The study examined the impact of grant aid on the development of the agricultural sector, analysing the efficiency of using the funds received per unit of land, purchase of machinery and other resources. The results of the study showed that the provision of grants per 1 hectare of land has a positive impact on increasing agricultural productivity, as well as promoting the development of new technologies and improving financial stability of farms. The results show that agricultural producers who received grants demonstrate a significant increase in production and income compared to those who did not participate in support programmes. It also shows that the SAR significantly improves the efficiency of management decisions, reduces administrative barriers and promotes market transparency. It was found that in the regions where the SAR is actively implemented, there is an increase in investment in the agricultural sector by 20-30%, which indicates its positive impact on economic development. The practical value of the article lies in the development of recommendations for improving the functioning of the SAR, in particular, in the context of integrating modern information technologies, such as blockchain and big data, to ensure greater transparency and efficiency. The article also focuses on the need to train agricultural producers on how to use the registry, which will increase their awareness and activity in the market. The results of the study can be used by government agencies to formulate policy in the agricultural sector, as well as for research in the field of economic development of agriculture.Item type:Item, Формування кадрового потенціалу в системі управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства на етапі повоєнної розбудови економіки(ХНУ, 2024) Семикіна, М. Сутність КП розкрито як інтегровану здатність працівників підприємства до ефективної діяльності, спрямованої на відновлення виробництва, адаптацію до нових умов, інноваційний розвиток, забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та прояв соціальної відповідальності. Уточнено структуру КП, систематизовано чинники впливу. Розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо оцінки КП, обгрунтовано наявність системного взаємозв’язку між показниками ефективності його використання і довгостроковими конкурентними перевагами підприємства. Визначено напрями та механізми розвитку КП та підвищення його конкурентоспроможності. Запропоновано модель стратегічного управління формуванням КП підприємства в умовах повоєнної розбудови економіки. This article focuses on substantiating the theoretical and applied foundations for developing human resource potential as a strategic tool for enhancing enterprise competitiveness within the context of post-war economic reconstruction. It proposes understanding the essence of human resource potential in the context of post-war economic development as an integrated capacity of enterprise employees for effective activities aimed at production recovery, adaptation to new conditions, innovative development, ensuring competitiveness, and demonstrating social responsibility. It is demonstrated that the structure of enterprise human resource potential undergoes changes in the context of post-war economic reconstruction: in addition to traditional structural components such as personal, professional-qualification, organizational-managerial, and innovative potentials, components such as adaptive potential, psychological resilience, social cohesion, and responsibility become increasingly important. The factors influencing the development of human resource potential at the post-war stage are identified and systematized according to a number of classification criteria (by content, level, nature, duration of impact). Scientific and practical recommendations for evaluating human resource potential are developed, and the presence of a systematic correlation between its efficiency indicators and the long-term competitive advantages of the enterprise is substantiated. Directions and mechanisms for developing human resource potential and enhancing its competitiveness are identified. A model of strategic management for developing the enterprise's human resource potential in the context of post-war economic reconstruction is proposed, emphasizing the importance of systemic planning, innovation, and social stability for the successful recovery of enterprises and ensuring their long-term sustainability.Item type:Item, Напрями підвищення економічного потенціалу машинобудівних підприємств(Біла К. С.У монографії узагальнено теоретико-методологічні засади організаційно-економічного механізму управління та логістики на підприємствах в системі економічної безпеки держави і обґрунтовано необхідність його удосконалення, охарактеризовано концептуалізацію процесів трансформації систем управління на сучасних підприємствах, проведено аналіз механізмів забезпечення та розвитку інвестиційно-інноваційного потенціалу суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності як складової національної інноваційної системи. Особливу увагу зосереджено на методологічних, теоретичних і методичних засадах управління інноваційним розвитком системи економічної безпеки, досліджено особливості стратегічного управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств України в умовах євроінтеграції та механізмів реалізації їх науково-технологічного розвитку. Крім того, дослідження містить актуалізацію питань з формування організаційно-економічних механізмів активізації розвитку суб’єктів господарювання в регіональних інноваційних системах, моделювання системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою суб’єктів підприємництва та методології інноваційної адаптивності підприємств в системі суспільних стратегічних потреб європейської спільноти.
