У статті обґрунтовано мотиваційну складову праці вчителів загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів в Україні. Визначено та класифіковано чинники, що стимулюють вчителів до надання якісної освітньої послуги. Виявлено причинно-наслідковий зв'язок між підвищенням рівня освіти населення та показниками вироблення ВВП в країні. In the article the motivational constituent of labour of teachers of general educational establishments is reasonable in Ukraine. Certainly and factors that stimulate teachers to the grant of quality educational service are classified. Сausally-consequence connection is educed between the increase of level of formation of population and indexes of making of GDP in a country.
