    Визначено зміст обліково-аналітичного забезпечення в системі економічної безпеки підприємства, виокремлено основні проблеми формування обліково-аналітичного забезпечення у вітчизняному бізнес-середовищі. In the articles certain maintenance registration-analytical providing in the system of есопотіс security of enterprise, the basic problems of forming are selected registration-analytical providing in a domestic business- environment. The aim of the research is to determine the content and structure of the registration-analytical software in the economic system of enterprise security, its accordance to the modem conditions of business environment, the conclusions were made that registration-analytical information represents the economic model of interconnection between the system of economic security, information resource, in which it is included, and information processes inside the company.

    Деякі методологічні та методичні підходи до прогнозування ефективності та раціональної зайнятості

    Стаття присвячена розгляду поєднання методу Дельфи та методу сценаріїв для розробки перспектив розвитку харчової промисловості України в контексті ефективної зайнятості. Оцінка узгодженості групової системи переваг залучених до дослідження експертів підтвердила, що одержані результати є закономірними, а не випадковим, що дає можливість використання запропонованого інструментарію у народногосподарській практиці. The article is devoted to consideration of combination of method of Delfi and method of scenarios for development of prospects of development of food retail industry of Ukraine in the context of effective employment. Estimation of co-ordination of the group system of advantages of the experts engaged in research confirmed that the got results were appropriate, not casual, that enables the use of the offered tool in pertaining to national economy practice.

    Моделювання розстановки пріоритетів у визначенні коефіцієнтів важливості вимог роботодавців до професійних знань і умінь робітників

    В статті досліджена та визначена агрегована (групова) узгоджена і статистично вірогідна система переваг m = 10 експертів, які є роботодавцями або досвідченими фахівцями підприємств найбільш вагомих галузей Кіровоградської області. З'ясовано, що роботодавці висувають до своїх майбутніх працівників такі три найголовніші вимоги: володіння інтегрованими професіями та суміщення професій, досвід роботи, а такаж вдале використання знань у виробничому процесі. An aggregate (group) coordinated and statistically significant system of expert benefits is explored and defined in the article. They are employers or experienced specialists of the most important sectors of Kirovograd region companies. It was found out that employers put to the future workers three main requirements: possession of integrated professions and combining professions, work experience, and competency of using knowledge in the manufacturing process. The research was conducted on the basis of the author's questionnaire study and reflected the results of ranking the employers' degree in requirements to the importance of professional knowledge and skills of their employees (according to each of the 10 experts) To assess the consistency of expert opinion statistical indicators were calculated: average of indices ranks, variance, average standard deviation, coefficient of variation. To solve the problem of formation of these professional qualities and skills of the unemployed, that have been trained, it was proposed to establish the internship production practice.

    В статті здійснено аналіз динаміки зайнятості, проблем зайнятості у промисловості Кіровоградської області. Обґрунтовано деякі питання вдосконалення механізму регулювання зайнятості населення у промисловому секторі. The article gives the analysis of the dynamics of employment, the problems of employment in the industry of the Kirovograd region. Serious consideration is given to some issues of improvement of the mechanism of regulations of employment of the population in the industrial sector.
