Розкрито зміст діяльності правоохоронних органів у структурі державних органів, що спрямована на побудову правового демократичного суспільства, зміцнення правопорядку та законності, захист суспільства та особистості від порушень норм права. The purpose of this paper is to investigate issues related to the functioning of the police in a state of law, particularly in the area of human rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of man and citizen action using legal measures intended to maintain a stable law and order in the country, the fight against crime and other offenses. The article is devoted to the role and place of law enforcement in the state of law. The article deals with the problem of disclosure of the activity of law en- forcement bodies in the struct me of state organs, directed to the creation of a legal democratic society, strengthening of law and order, and legality, protecting the public and personality from the vi olation of rules of law. Unlike other systems of government, the system of law enforcement does not have the traditional organizational structure, such as the system of executive power, but a coherent set of systems forming factor which is not structural (organizational), and functional criteria - directly to law enforcement, that defined their common functionality, which is mainly in the protection and enforcement. Therefore, system-factor law enforcement is law enforcement, for which the state creates law enforcement.Item Економічна безпека підприємства : сутність та основні складові(КНТУ, 2013) Зайченко, В. В.; Zaychenko, V.; Kovalenko, S.В статті визначено основні підходи до трактування сутності поняття «економічна безпека підприємства» та запропоновано власне його бачення, розглянуто складові економічної безпеки. The main approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the conception "economic security of the enterprise" are defined in the article and proposed own vision, considered the elements of the economic security of the enterprise. The research determined that all of the formulation and interpretation of “the economic security of the enterprise" reflect only certain aspects of this complicated concept and can not qualify for its an unambiguous and exhaustive interpretation. That’s why under the economic security of the enterprise we propose to understand the state of the enterprise, which is characterized by stability and balance, protection from external and internal threats and their neutralization, ensuring stable functioning of the enterprise. So, in difficult economic conditions of management the role of the economic security increases, and therefore there is a need to improve appropriate methodologies. The systematization of the approaches to the interpretation of the concept of economic security will contribute to a better understanding of the essence of the concept, will facilitate its study and analysis, and will also set the foundation for the elaboration of an effective system of economic security in the enterprise.Item Сучасний стан та напрями удосконалення системи професійно-технічної освіти в Україні(КНТУ, 2011) Зайченко, В. Проаналізовано певний стан та тенденції підготовки кваліфікованих робітничих кадрів у системи професійно-технічної освіти. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення системи професійно-технічної освіти з метою поліпшення структури та якості підготовки робітничих кадрів у відповідності до потреб ринку праці. The modern state is consideration and key directions of the professional and technical education systems in Ukraine are offered in the paper. The tendencies of skilled working personnels training are analysed in the system of professional and technical education. The directions of improvement of the professional and technical education system with the purpose of improvement of structure and quality of workings personnels training are offered correspondence with on conditions the labour market demand.
