Item Деякі питання щодо сутності трудового потенціалу галузі(КНТУ, 2013) Немченко, Т. А.; Nemchenko, Т.В статті розглядаються існуючі погляди щодо визначення поняття «трудовий потенціал», запропоновано авторське тлумачення даного поняття, досліджено процес формування та розвитку трудового потенціалу галузі на сучасному етапі та систематизовано фактори, які мають на нього вплив. The goal of the article is a research of concepts «labour potential» and «labour potential of the industry » and systematization the factors which is influence on its forming and development. The author analyzes the position of scientists to determine the labour potential and gives Iris own interpretation of the concept. The necessity of selection of labour potential industry as an independent object of research is grounded in the article. The approaches of classification of factors which is influence on forming and development of labour potential are studied and generalized in research. The author defined that the factors of forming of labour potential of industry were divided into those on which it is possible to carry out influence, and on those which are added the only mediated influence. In opinion of the author development of labour potential of industry depends on influence of individual, economic, demographic and social factors. The result of the research was become by determination of concept «labour potential of industry», ground of Iris meaningfulness and exposure of necessity of Iris consideration, through the influence of both intensive and extensive factors on different levels: from a workplace to the directly level of industry, where the effect of synergy already appears.Item Деякі пропозиції щодо розвитку трудового потенціалу підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування України(КНТУ, 2012) Немченко, Т. В.; Nemchenko, Т.; Storoguk, О.В статті розглядається сучасний стан інноваційного розвитку трудового потенціалу машинобудування України, виділено основні причини, що його стримують та запропоновано шляхи щодо їх усунення. The development of innovative activity of labour potential of engineer of Ukraine is a topical issue at the regional and national levels . The aim of the article is a research of innovative development of labour potential of engineer, determination of the problems that hinder its development and creation a practical recommendations for strengthening positions of industry on internal and external markets . In the article the dynamics of innovation active enterprises of machine-building industry in recent years was analysed and singled out companies that were involved in organizational innovation. During research was revealed that the labour potential of engineering industry in Ukraine is quite high. This is evidenced by the number of high technologies and innovations created in the industry. However, it was concluded some certain reasons that restrain innovative development of the labour potential of industry. М.; Немченко, Т. А.The article presents issues concerning the formation of effective mechanism of work incentives of labour potential in modern conditions. The factors influencing labour activity of personnel were determined, the character of work incentives of labour potential at machine building enterprises of Ukraine was analysed and the necessity of development of practical recommendations for improvement were grounded. В статті висвітлені питання щодо формування ефективного механізму стимулювання праці трудового потенціалу в сучасних умовах, визначені фактори, які впливають на трудову активність персоналу, проаналізовано стан стимулювання праці трудового потенціалу підприємств машинобудування України, а також обгрунтовано необхідність розробки практичних рекомендацій, які стосуються його покращення.
