Показана необходимость пересмотра на государственном уровне подходов к формированию у предприятий различных форм собственности фонда накопления с целью интенсификации экономического роста через повышение темпов расширенного воспроизводства. У статті розглянута проблема формування фонду нагромадження підприємства. Показана необхідність перегляду на державному рівні підходів до формування у підприємств різних форм власності фонду накопичення з метою інтенсифікації економічного зростання через підвищення темпів розширеного відтворення. The article considers the problem of formation of the accumulation fund for businesses. Improving the efficiency of production complexes at the present stage of development of the domestic economy largely depends on the process of formation of the company accumulation fund. The value of this fund depends on evidence-based norms of redistribution of sales of surplus value. Determination of the optimal proportions of such distribution represents an important scientific and practical problem. However, today, there is no direct relationship between accumulated depreciation and formation of the respective funds accumulation and compensation. Unfortunately, this problem of domestic economic schools is overlooked and this is what determines the relevance of the research objectives. The necessity of revision at the state level approaches to the formation of the enterprises of various forms of ownership accumulation fund with the aim of boosting economic growth by increasing the rate of expanded reproduction.Item Менеджмент в органах державної влади(КНТУ, 2013) Бондар, Ю. А.; Bondar, YuliaУ статті проаналізовано питання запровадження принципів менеджменту в діяльність органів державної влади. З'ясовано, що публічний менеджмент є системною, складною і, певною мірою, суперечливою державною політикою. Описано зміст поняття публічного управління та показано, що термін “державне управління”, який використовується в Україні, не є точним відповідником терміна “публічне управління”. Purpose of the article is to clarify the implementation in practice of the principles of management in the activities of public authorities. The paper analyzes the issues of implementation of the principles in the management of public authorities . It was found that the public management is a systematic, complex and , to some extent, contradictory public policy. Describes the content of the concept of public administration and show that the term " government" that is used in Ukraine is not an exact match of the term "public administration" . Thus, it is a classic model of management in the public sector gets the recognition in Ukraine, where he still used the term "governance" is not an exact counterpart of the term "public administration" and its meaning is closer to the term "public administration". Very often two different terms public administration (Public Administration) and public management (public administration) translated from English into Ukrainian as "governance".
