    Проблеми забезпечення населення України доступним житлом в сучасних умовах

    У статті досліджується актуальне для сучасних соціально-політичних та економічних умов питання – забезпечення доступним житлом населення України. Визначено, що проблема підвищення доступності житла вимагає подальшого розвитку житлового господарства в Україні, ефективного залучення інвестицій саме в житлове будівництво і вдосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму державного регулювання інвестиційної діяльності в цій галузі економіки. The purpose of the article is to define the basic prerequisites of formation of the market of affordable housing in the implementation’s system of socio-economic policies in Ukraine. Investigated the existing types of housing in the housing construction market in Ukraine. Defined the criterias of affordability of the market and social housing, which are important in the implementation of the government's housing policy. Analyzed the construction’s rates of social housing. Considered current construction’s program (of purchase) of housing with government. Formulated a government’s position on the housing construction markets in Ukraine. Increment of investment to the process of implementing government programs of housing construction will let to intensify investment attractiveness of housing construction and, therefore, to improve the social welfare of citizens.
