    Характеристика методів та моделей діагностики кризового стану підприємства

    У сьогоднішніх економічно нестійких для підприємств умовах, в їхній управлінській політиці та виробничо-комерційній діяльності набувають важливості фінансові ускладнення, зумовлені як зовнішніми загальнодержавними проблемами: нестабільність політичної ситуації, недосконалість законодавчої бази, криза неплатежів, спад виробництва, так і внутрішніми: неефективне використання коштів, недосконалий маркетинг, відсутність виробничого та фінансового менеджменту, незбалансованість фінансових потоків. In today's unstable economic conditions for the enterprises, their governmental policies and industrial and commercial activity will become effective financial difficulties caused by a foreign national problems: unstable political situation, an inadequate legal framework, non-payments crisis, the decline in production and internal: inefficient use of funds, imperfect marketing, lack of production and financial management, imbalances in financial flows. The process of transition has not ended to this day. In today's unstable economic conditions for the enterprises, their governmental policies and industrial and commercial activity will become effective financial difficulties caused by a foreign national problems: unstable political situation, an inadequate legal framework, non-payments crisis.

    Розробка алгоритму визначення кризового стану автотранспортного підприємства

    В статті проаналізовано існуючі коефіцієнти вияву кризи на автотранспортному підприємстві. Виведено модель, яка допомагає розпізнати, на якій стадії кризи перебуває підприємство: стійка фінансова стійкість, поява фінансової нестійкості, сильна фінансова нестійкість. Запропоновано заходи, що необхідно застосовувати на кожної стадії кризи: підтримка фінансового стану, санація АТП, реорганізація підприємства. The article analyses current factors of the crisis development in the motor transport enterprise. Displaying a model that helps to identify at what stage of the crisis the firm is: sustained financial stability, emergence of financial instability, severe financial instability. Some measures that should be applied at each stage of the crisis are posed: supporting financial condition, sanitation of the motor transport enterprise, reorganization of the enterprise.
