І.; Popov, V.; Nerevckaiy, K.В статті проаналізовано сучасний стан фінансування соціальної сфери в Україні та його вплив на забезпечення населення соціальними послугами на достатньому рівні та належної якості, розроблено пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності функціонування соціально-культурних галузей з урахуванням фінансових аспектів їх розвитку. The aim of the paper is summarized and deepen the theoretical base for social sphere and rationale set of recommendations for improving the efficiency of its operation based on the financial aspects of development. This paper analyzes the current state of funding social services in Ukraine and its impact on provision of social services at a sufficient level and of good quality. Definitely, now Ukraine in terms of financing social sector remains far behind the developed countries. Funds are lacking not only in the field of social development sector, but also in their routine maintenance that lead to the decline of social and cultural facilities, poor provision of services and the system of social protection and social character of existing programs are not effective in reducing level or poverty in Ukraine. Therefore there is a need for new approaches and develop an effective financing mechanism for effective social sphere. In the article the proposals to improve the functioning of the socio-cultural sectors including the financial aspects of their development.Item Зміст і форми взаємодії виробничої й соціальної інфраструктур у регіоні(КНТУ, 2009) Колодич, О. В.; Kolodich, O.Дана стаття присвячена визначенню сутності та економічного змісту виробничої та соціальної інфраструктур, встановленню їх ролі у формуванні конкурентоздатної, адекватної вимогам часу і ринку, регіональної економіки. Автором визначено системні та функціональні взаємозв’язки і взаємозалежності соціальної та виробничої інфраструктур, доведено, що лише їх гармонійне поєднання дає змогу досягти синергетичного ефекту функціонування всього національного господарства країни. This article is devoted determination of essence and economic maintenance of production and social infrastructures, establishment of their role, in forming of competitive, adequate the requirements of time and market, regional economy. By an author certainly system and functional intercommunications and to interdependence of social and production infrastructures, it is well-proven that only harmonious combination gives them possibility to attain the sinergistical effect of functioning of all national economy of country.Item Cільські території регіону: проблеми розвитку соціальної інфраструктури(КНТУ, 2010) Костромін, Г. T.В статті автор аналізує сучасні соціально-економічні проблеми розвитку сільських територій регіону, рівень забезпечення сільського населення об’єктами соціальної інфраструктури, динаміку їх розвитку. Центральне місце в дослідженні займає розкриття необхідності переустрою життя сільського населення, покращення їх соціально-побутових і культурних умов. Вносяться обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо вирішення цих питань. In the article an author analyses the modern socio-economic problems of development of rural territories to the region. Level of providing of rural population the objects of social infrastructure? Dynamics of their development. A central place in researches is occupied by opening of necessity of reorganization of life of rural population, improvements of their social and domestic and cultural terms. Центральне місце в дослідженні займає розкриття необхідності зміни пріоритетів розвитку виробничої і соціальної інфраструктури в регіоні, переустрою життя сільського населення, покращення його соціально-побутових і культурних умов. Вносяться обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо вирішення цих питань. In the article the author analyses the modern condition of social-economic development and also of agricultural territories their provision level by objects of social infrastructure, dynamic of the development, peculiarities of structural transformations in economics of regions. The central place in the research takes the opening of change necessity of development priorities of industrial and social infrastructure in the region life reorganization of rural population, improvement of their social, cultural, conditions of life. Grounded proposals is solving these matters are carried in.
