Наведено та запропоновано конкретну модель організації обліку виплат працівникам банків. The purpose of the article is to study the main aspects of accounting of banks employee benefits. The author of the article examines the analysis and regulatory framework with respect to the tasks. Therefore, the main aspects of accounting in banks based and determined in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. This article investigates and substantiates the basic aspects of accounting with respect to banks employee benefits. A specific model of accounting of employee benefit banks is presented and proposed. Based on the model of the main provisions of employee benefit accounting banks the structural and logical scheme of settlement accounting data are developed. The main aspects of the bank account of employee benefits by playing back model of bank employee benefits accounting are characterized and presented.Item Соціальна відповідальність банківського сектору України(КНТУ, 2014) Башинський, Т. В.; Bashynskyi, TarasСтаття присвячена проблемі корпоративної соціальної відповідальності в банківському секторі України. Коротко розглядається еволюція розвитку корпоративної соціальної відповідальності та основні характеристики цієї концепції. Окремо обговорюється проблема дослідження цього питання вітчизняними науковцями і втілення на практиці результатів дослідження. Вивчається важливість соціальної відповідальності банків в реалізації соціальної політики держави і дотримання принципів соціальної відповідальності в банківському секторі України. The main goal of this paper is to provide an overview of devotion to the idea of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of banks in Ukraine based on secondary data analysis. The article includes a brief literature review on CSR considering the evolution of the concept in English-speaking scientific literature and Ukrainian publications. The author considers the problem of realization of the principles of CSR in Ukraine and main obstacles for social activity of Ukrainian business. Based on the content analysis of the web-sites of 10 largest banks operating in Ukraine, he concludes that all analysed Ukrainian banks are involved in social activity. However, the most popular vision of CSR by Ukrainian banks is sponsorship and charity, many banks even do not provide information on their social vision, a small number of banks have a separate document or web-page devoted to CSR. In conclusion, CSR in Ukrainian bank sector requires further development in order to realize a full model of CSR which is not limited by charity but oriented towards sustainable development.Item Банківські установи у розвитку інтеграційних процесів на інвестиційному ринку України(КНТУ, 2014) Василенко, Д. В.; Vasylenko, DmitryВ статі розглянуто сутність та передумови розвитку інтеграційних процесів на інвестиційному ринку України. Обґрунтовано необхідність інтеграції банківських і небанківських фінансових установ та формування інтеграційних об’єднань інвестиційного спрямування, особливості організації взаємовигідної співпраці інвестиційних посередників. Обґрунтовано мотиви та визначено переваги від інтеграції банківських та небанківських фінансових установ. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо удосконалення їх діяльності. The article discloses the problems in improvement of investment climate, investment infrastructure and development of investment market of Ukraine due to participation of bank institutions in the integration processes on the investment market of Ukraine. The necessity of integration of bank and non-bank financial institutions on the financial market was grounded. Main preconditions for the formation of integration associations of investment direction with banks and the peculiarities of organization of mutual cooperation of investment mediators were considered. The motives and benefits of bank and non-bank financial institutions on the investment market of Ukraine were presented and recommendations for improvement of the activity were given. The results of the research presented in the article are recommended for practice in current bank activity while formation and implementation of the mechanism of investment mediation. The outcomes of the research are also may be used for adaptation of new integration associations on the investment market of Ukraine.
