Item Збалансованість ринку праці як складова державного регулювання його економічної безпеки(КНТУ, 2016) Сибірцев, В. В.; Sybirtsev, V.Розширено зміст поняття збалансованості ринку праці шляхом введення додаткового переліку пропорцій та раціональних співвідношень між окремими параметрами його функціонування та розвитку. Визначено причинно-наслідкові зв’язки між формами прояву незбалансованості ринку праці та складовими визначення його економічної безпеки. Наявність таких причинно-наслідкових зв’язків поставлено в основу методичного підходу щодо відбору методів та інструментів державного регулювання національного ринку праці. Aim of the article reduced to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of state regulation of labor market economic security. Such regulation based on the establishment of optimal relations between individual characteristics and parameters functioning of the market. The meaning of labor market balance has expanded by entered an additional list of rational proportions and correlations between different parameters of labor market operation and development. The causal relationships between the labor market manifestations of imbalance and components its economic security has defined. The presence of such causation raised methodological approach based on selection methods and tools of state regulation of national labor market. The causal relationships between the labor market manifestations of imbalance and components its economic security formalized by using the architectural approach. The balance of the labor market are considered not in terms of getting its quantitative assessment but in in terms of its presentation as preconditions for the development of the labor market The logic of labor market state regulation by using the criterion of ensuring its balance and economic sufficiency has presented.Item Нормативно-правове регулювання відносин між афілійованими особами у міжнародному та українському законодавстві : порівняльний аспект(КНТУ, 2016) Клименко, Я. В.; Klimenko, YanaУ статті проаналізовано нормативну базу України з питань регулювання операцій між афілійованими (пов’язаними) суб’єктами господарювання, аргументовано важливість достовірного та неупередженого відображення у звітності операцій зі зв’язаними особами. Особливу увагу приділено дослідженню спільних тез та основних відмінностей між МСБО 24 «Розкриття інформації про зв’язані сторони» та П(С)БО 23 «Розкриття інформації щодо пов’язаних сторін». The article is a study of the major differences between domestic and foreign regulatory acts that provide state regulation affiliates relationship (dependency) between the entities. Affiliates (interest related) individuals as entities have a special legal status associated with Upholding the possibility of limiting their autonomy in management. As a result of the introduction of the category of «affiliates» also acute problem of state regulation of relations afiliyovanosti (dependence) between the entities. The article analyzes the regulatory framework of Ukraine on regulation of transactions between affiliated (related) entities argued the importance of fair and impartial in the reporting of transactions with related parties. Particular attention is given to joint research theses and major differences between IAS 24 Related Party Disclosures and Ukraine Regulation (Standard) of accounting 23 Related Party Disclosures. The main differences between the provisions of Regulation (Standard) of accounting 23 Related Party Disclosures and IAS 24 Related Party Disclosures is aiming at international legislation more detailed than the domestic, the list of businesses that owned and non- related parties; consideration situations where connectivity sides somehow can influence the business, which is a related party. It should also be noted that domestic Regulation (Standard) of accounting have the force of law and are binding. At the same time, IAS are advisоry in nature. Therefore we should expect appropriate amendments to the existing Regulation (Standard) of accounting and new standards in the future.Item Основні засади та фактори державного регулювання економічної безпеки України(КНТУ, 2014) Лавренкова, І. М.; Lavrenkova, ІrinaУ статті проведено дослідження основних засад державного регулювання економічної безпеки України, обґрунтовано необхідність визначення чіткого інструментарію для регулювання економічної безпеки, визначені найефективніші принципи та пріоритети державної політики, які можуть бути застосовані для подолання хиткого становища економіки країни. The research of the basic principles of state regulation of economic security in Ukraine was conducted in this paper. The necessity of definitions of an accurate tool for ensure of the economic security was founded. The most effective principles and priorities of the state policy that can be used to overcome the precarious position of the state economy were formulated in our research. Protection of vital interests of the state is a priority issue in the study of economic security of Ukraine. The state regulation is necessary for create and provide a secure space for economic activities of the country. State Department of Economic Security clearly intended to settle all problems to avoid the negative impact of external and internal factors on the economic system of Ukraine. The most important principles of state control must balance the economic situation in the regions. They include the following: the increasing of state oversight of tax and fiscal areas, improving the investment climate in the country, introducing measures to ensure the integrity of the economic system of Ukraine.
