The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of management of ensuring the sustainability of business entities in the new economy. Tasks: - to define the theoretical foundations of the essence of the phenomenon of business sustainability and the conditions for its provision in the modern economy; - to substantiate the contours of business sustainability management based on the identification of its components and the defining principles of its provision; - to assess the sustainability of a business entity in the modern economy on the basis of materials of LLC «CAPRO OIL»; - to determine the directions of ensuring the sustainability of entrepreneurial activity in the modern economy; - to substantiate the profile of complex motivation of the personnel of LLC «CAPRO OIL» in the framework of strengthening its sustainability; - to determine the conceptual approaches to improving business solutions to strengthen the sustainability of business activities of «KAPRO OIL» LLC on the basis of modern technologies.Item type:Item, Перспективи розвитку олійної промисловості України в умовах глобальних ринків(ЦНТУ, 2024-12-28) Антоненко, Лоліта Сергіївна; Antonenko, LolitaУ кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано актуальні проблеми формування конкурентоспроможності та експортного потенціалу українських підприємств олійної галузі, а також визначено стратегічні напрями їх зміцнення в умовах сучасних загроз та викликів. Завдяки проведенню системного аналізу окреслено особливості та специфіку сучасних зовнішньоторговельних відносин у вітчизняній олійній промисловості. Виявлено ключові тенденції, проблеми й досвід підприємств щодо посилення експортного потенціалу, а також узагальнено шляхи його оптимізації в умовах економічної нестабільності. У результаті дослідження визначено перспективи розвитку, обґрунтовано економічні аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності та експортного потенціалу підприємств галузі, а також запропоновано організаційно-економічні механізми і заходи для підвищення ефективності експорту в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. The qualification paper analyzes the pressing issues of forming the competitiveness and export potential of Ukrainian enterprises in the oilseed industry. It identifies strategic directions for strengthening these enterprises under the current threats and challenges. Through systematic analysis, the study outlines the features and specifics of modern foreign trade relations in the domestic oilseed industry. Key trends, problems, and the experience of enterprises in enhancing export potential are highlighted, along with a summary of approaches to optimizing it under economic instability. The research determines development prospects, substantiates the economic aspects of increasing the competitiveness and export potential of enterprises in the sector, and proposes organizational and economic mechanisms and measures to enhance export efficiency in the context of European integration processes.
