The purpose of the qualification work is the theoretical study of materials related to the social responsibility of modern enterprises and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of a model of social responsibility at a motor transport enterprise. The author solved the following tasks: a theoretical review of the basis of social responsibility in enterprise management; organizational and methodological aspects of assessing the effects of social responsibility; economic and financial analysis of enterprise development in the context of social responsibility based on the materials of DAK-TRANS; substantiation and outlining of the basic guidelines of the social responsibility strategy of the motor transport enterprise DAK-TRANS; for practical implementation of the four-level model of D. In the work of the acquirer, the following tasks were solved: to consider the economic essence and classification of enterprise strategies; to determine the features of strategic management at enterprises in modern conditions; to investigate approaches to the development and implementation of a development strategy at the enterprise; to conduct an assessment of the state and dynamics of the economic activity of Primetech LLC; to carry out an analysis of the main indicators of the financial and economic results of the operation of the enterprise; to conduct a strategic analysis of the activities of Primetech LLC; to determine the strategic priorities of the company's development in modern conditions. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the state and trends of the enterprise and to substantiate the priority areas for improving the personnel management system in modern realities. The work aims to identify the main methods and strategies that contribute to improving the professional level of employees, their motivation and productivity. In addition, the work is aimed at identifying factors that influence staff development, such as organizational culture, management style, internal and external conditions. Based on the analysis, the paper will develop recommendations for improving the personnel development system at the enterprise, which will increase its competitiveness, efficiency and employee satisfaction. Досліджено стан галузі птахівництва. В другому розділі проведено оцінку ефективності потенціалу ПП «Кіровоградптахопром» і можливостей розвитку. Була розроблена графоаналітична модель потенціалу підприємства. В третьому розділі визначені напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства. Запропоновано впровадити технологію вироблення яєчного порошку, провести удосконалення на підприємстві ветеринарних заходів, покращить якість та конкурентоспроможність продукції. In the first section of the paper the questions of theoretical and methodological principles of estimation of potential of the enterprise were investigated, further development of profitability modeling was started. The state of poultry industry has been investigated. In the second ection, the efficiency of the potential of the ―Private enterprise Kirovohradptakhoprom‖ and the possibilities of development were evaluated. A graphical analytical model of the potential of the enterprise was developed. In the third section the directions of development of potential of the enterprise are defined. It is proposed to introduce the technology of egg powder production, to improve veterinary measures at the enterprise, to improve quality and competitiveness of products.Item type:Item, Напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Охоронно-пожежний захист» м. В другому розділі проведено SWOT-аналіз, оцінка ефективності потенціалу ТОВ «Охоронно-пожежний захист» і можливостей розвитку. Була розроблена графоаналітична модель потенціалу підприємства. В третьому розділі набуло подальшого розвитку моделювання потенціалу підприємства, з врахуванням закону Ешбі; запропоновано унікальний підхід до визначення функціонування та розвитку потенціалу підприємства через його властивості; визначено напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства, враховуючи особливості його діяльності, серед яких є проведення рекламних акцій на Інтернет-площадках, запровадження на підприємстві станції зарядки вуглекислотних вогнегасників CFA-4 покращить якість та конкурентоспроможність продукції. In the first section of the work the issues of theoretical and methodological bases of enterprise potential assessment were investigated, the concept of enterprise potential was specified and supplemented, a generalized system of factors of enterprise potential development was proposed. In the second section, a SWOT-analysis, assessment of the effectiveness of the potential of LLC "Fire Protection" and development opportunities. A graph-analytical model of the enterprise's potential was developed. In the third section, the modeling of enterprise potential was further developed, taking into account Ashby's law; the unique approach to definition of functioning and development of potential of the enterprise through its properties is offered; identified areas of development of the company's potential, taking into account the peculiarities of its activities, including advertising campaigns on Internet sites, the introduction of charging stations for carbon dioxide fire extinguishers CFA-4 will improve the quality and competitiveness of products.
