В третьому розділі запропоновані заходи та рекомендації підвищення потенціалу конкурентоспроможності підприємства, зокрема проект з відновлюваної енергетики для ПАТ НВП «Радій». Запровадження заходів дасть можливість ПАТ НВП «Радій» підвищити потенціал конкурентоспроможності підприємства. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the purpose, object, and subject of the study. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the enterprise's competitiveness potential are considered, the essence, management and structure of the checkpoint are investigated. In the second chapter, an analysis of the economic activity of Research and Production Corporation «Radiy» was carried out, an assessment of the effectiveness of the enterprise's competitiveness potential was carried out, and it was determined that the enterprise is developing. In the third section, measures and recommendations for increasing the competitiveness potential of the enterprise are proposed, in particular, a renewable energy project for RPC «Radiу». The study of the topic of the diploma work «Optimization of processes of product competitiveness management at small agricultural enterprises» is aimed at researching the theoretical foundations, analyzing practical experience and developing recommendations for improving the competitiveness of products of agricultural enterprises. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of competitiveness management. It reveals the essence and concepts of competitiveness management of agricultural enterprises, and investigates methods of reducing production costs and production costs. The second section contains an analysis of the economic activity of FG «Chance». This section presents a general description of the enterprise, analyzes the economic efficiency of its activities, including an assessment of the financial condition, profitability and effectiveness of the marketing strategy. The third section is aimed at identifying promising areas for improving the management of product competitiveness. У другому розділі проаналізовано операційну діяльність АТ «Гідросила», проведено SWOT-аналіз, досліджено зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище підприємства, а також конкурентне середовище. Проаналізовано динаміку основних показників операційної діяльності за 2021–2023 рр., визначено основні проблеми та ризики в її організації. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано заходи, спрямовані на оптимізацію операційної діяльності підприємства, запропоновано впровадження сучасних інструментів управління та технологій для підвищення ефективності операційних процесів. In the first section of the work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the enterprise's operating activities are studied. Different approaches to defining the concept of “operating activity” are considered, its main performance indicators and factors of influence are systematized, and a classification of operational processes of enterprises is proposed. The second section analyzes the operating activities of JSC “Hydrosila”, conducts a SWOT analysis, studies the external and internal environment of the enterprise, as well as the competitive environment. The dynamics of the main indicators of operating activities for 2021-2023 is analyzed, the main problems and risks in its organization are identified. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано шляхи вдосконалення системи управління технічним розвитком підприємства. Запропоновано напрями підвищення організаційно-технічного рівня виробництва, визначено ефективність управлінських рішень у технічному розвитку, а також розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення техніко-технологічної бази виробництва з використанням інформаційних інструментів. In the first section of the paper, the theoretical foundations of managing the technical development of an enterprise are studied. The essence and indicators of technical development are considered, the main stages of planning technical development are defined, and information methods of formation and use of production capacity are analyzed. The second section analyzes the system for managing the technical development of LLC “Kropyvnytskyi Hlib”. The organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are provided, its financial condition is analyzed, and the organizational and technical level of production is evaluated. The third section substantiates the ways to improve the system for managing the technical development of enterprise. It offers directions of increase of the organizational and technical level of production, determines efficiency of managerial decisions in technical development, and develops recommendations on improvement of the technical and technological base of production with the use of information tools.Item type:Item, Оптимізація бізнес-процесів підприємства (на прикладі Колективного підприємства «ПВК Геркон», м. Основну увагу приділено аналізу сучасних бізнес-процесів, їх класифікації, характеристикам та особливостям управління в умовах динамічного ринкового середовища. У першому розділі встановлено, що бізнес-процеси є ключовими елементами ефективного функціонування підприємства, забезпечуючи інтеграцію внутрішніх і зовнішніх дій та досягнення стратегічних цілей. Сучасні бізнес-процеси характеризуються клієнтоорієнтованістю, динамічністю, технологічною інтеграцією, орієнтацією на інновації та екологічністю, що дозволяє підприємствам адаптуватися до викликів ринку. У другому розділі роботі проведено оцінку організаційної структури та фінансово-економічного стану КП «ПВК Геркон». Виявлено, що підприємство демонструє позитивну динаміку фінансових показників, зберігає конкурентоспроможність і відповідає високим стандартам якості завдяки функціональній структурі управління, чітко визначеним бізнес-процесам та кваліфікованому персоналу. У третьому розділі розроблено структурну модель оптимізації бізнес-процесів, яка включає ключові напрями вдосконалення: покращення прогнозування, забезпечення якості даних, зниження інформаційного перевантаження та вдосконалення комунікації. Особливу увагу приділено адаптації бізнес-процесів до умов воєнного стану, що передбачає управління ризиками, раціональне використання ресурсів, впровадження цифрових рішень та збереження мотивації персоналу. Запропоновано експрес-метод оптимізації бізнес-процесів, орієнтований на досягнення швидких результатів за короткий час. Метод спрямований на мінімізацію витрат, підвищення продуктивності та стабілізацію діяльності підприємства в умовах обмежених ресурсів і часу. Загалом результати дослідження підтверджують, що оптимізація бізнес-процесів є критично важливою для підвищення ефективності, конкурентоспроможності та адаптації підприємства до змін ринкового середовища. Розроблені рекомендації та механізми створюють основу для сталого розвитку КП «ПВК Геркон», сприяючи його успішному функціонуванню навіть у кризових умовах. The qualification work explores the theoretical and methodological positions and practical aspects of business process optimization at the collective enterprise "PVK Herkon". The main focus is on analyzing modern business processes, their classification, characteristics, and management features in a dynamic market environment. In the first chapter, it is established that business processes are key elements for effective enterprise operation, integrating internal and external actions and achieving strategic goals. Modern business processes are characterized by customer orientation, dynamism, technological integration, innovation focus, and environmental consciousness, enabling enterprises to adapt to market challenges. The second chapter assesses the organizational structure and financial-economic state of the collective enterprise "PVK Herkon". It was found that the enterprise demonstrates positive financial dynamics, maintains competitiveness, and meets high-quality standards thanks to a functional management structure, clearly defined business processes, and qualified personnel. In the third chapter, a structural model for business process optimization is developed, which includes key directions for improvement: enhancing forecasting, ensuring data quality, reducing information overload, and improving communication. Special attention is given to adapting business processes to wartime conditions, which involves risk management, rational resource use, implementing digital solutions, and maintaining staff motivation. A rapid optimization method is proposed, aimed at achieving quick results in a short time. This method focuses on minimizing costs, increasing productivity, and stabilizing enterprise operations under limited resources and time constraints. Overall, the research results confirm that business process optimization is critically important for enhancing efficiency, competitiveness, and adapting the enterprise to changes in the market environment. The developed recommendations and mechanisms create a foundation for the sustainable development of the collective enterprise "PVK Herkon", facilitating its successful operation even in crisis conditions.Item type:Item, Формування механізму сталого розвитку аграрного підприємства під час воєнного стану (на прикладі ПП «ШАНС», Кіровоградська обл., Кропивницький р-н., с. У першому розділі досліджено основні теоретико-методологічні засади сталого розвитку підприємств, зокрема аграрних, як бази для економічного зростання в умовах воєнного стану. Було розкрито сутність концепції сталого розвитку, яка інтегрує три ключові складові: економічну, екологічну та соціальну. Особливу увагу приділено впливу сучасних викликів, обумовлених війною, на сталий розвиток аграрного сектору. Виокремлено основні проблеми, які постають перед аграрними підприємствами в сучасних умовах. Обгрунтовано, що зазначені виклики вимагають від підприємств не лише адаптації бізнес-процесів, але й впровадження інноваційних підходів для досягнення сталого розвитку. Окремо розглянуто можливості управління ризиками як невід’ємної складової забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрних підприємств в умовах високої невизначеності. Запропоновано концептуальну модель управління ризиками, яка включає ідентифікацію, аналіз, пом’якшення ризиків та впровадження інновацій, спрямованих на зміцнення стійкості підприємств. Другий розділ присвячений діагностиці проблем забезпечення сталого розвитку приватного підприємства «Шанс» в умовах воєнного стану. Основними аспектами аналізу стали загальна організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємства, фінансово-економічний аналіз, а також факторно-критеріальне оцінювання організаційно-економічних передумов сталого розвитку. Було проведено факторно-критеріальне оцінювання сталого розвитку, завдяки чому були виявлені основні проблеми та виклики, з якими підприємство стикається. У третьому розділі систематизовані підходи до подолання викликів, спричинених війною, шляхом розробки комплексного механізму забезпечення сталого розвитку. У підрозділі розглянуто ключові аспекти, які визначають адаптацію підприємства до сучасних реалій. Ідентифіковано ключові виклики сталого розвитку, зокрема ризики, пов’язані з інноваційним потенціалом, аграрною специфікою, економічною стійкістю, ресурсною забезпеченістю, кадровим потенціалом та ринковою позицією. Запропоновано заходи для нейтралізації цих викликів, які включають інвестиції в інноваційні технології, впровадження адаптивних рішень до кліматичних змін, оптимізацію ресурсів та підвищення кадрового потенціалу. Розроблено рекомендації щодо участі ПП «Шанс» у грантовій програмі USAID, спрямованій на розширення логістичних можливостей підприємства. Розроблено комплексний механізм, який враховує зовнішні та внутрішні чинники, спрямовані на забезпечення стійкості підприємства до викликів воєнного стану. Запропоновані підходи спрямовані не лише на подолання поточних викликів, але й на закладення основ для довгострокового розвитку, що відповідає принципам економічної безпеки та стійкості. The study provides a comprehensive approach to addressing the issues of sustainable development of an agricultural enterprise during martial law, ensuring adaptation, stability, and forward-looking development even in crisis conditions. In the first chapter, the fundamental theoretical and methodological principles of sustainable development of enterprises, particularly agricultural ones, as a basis for economic growth during martial law, were explored. The essence of the sustainable development concept, which integrates three key components: economic, environmental, and social, was revealed. Special attention was paid to the impact of contemporary challenges caused by the war on the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. Key problems facing agricultural enterprises in current conditions were identified. It was justified that these challenges require not only adaptation of business processes but also the implementation of innovative approaches to achieve sustainable development. The possibilities of risk management as an integral part of ensuring sustainable development of agricultural enterprises in conditions of high uncertainty were considered. A conceptual model of risk management was proposed, which includes identification, analysis, mitigation of risks, and the implementation of innovations aimed at strengthening enterprise resilience. The second chapter is dedicated to diagnosing problems in ensuring the sustainable development of the private enterprise "Chance" during martial law. The main aspects of the analysis were the general organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise, financialeconomic analysis, and factor-criterion evaluation of organizational-economic preconditions for sustainable development. A factor-criterion evaluation of sustainable development was conducted, identifying the main problems and challenges faced by the enterprise. In the third chapter, approaches to overcoming challenges caused by the war through the development of a comprehensive mechanism for ensuring sustainable development were systematized. The subsection examined key aspects defining the enterprise's adaptation to current realities. Key challenges to sustainable development were identified, including risks associated with innovation potential, agricultural specificity, economic resilience, resource provision, human resource potential, and market position. Measures to neutralize these challenges were proposed, including investments in innovative technologies, implementation of adaptive solutions to climate changes, resource optimization, and enhancement of human resource potential. Recommendations were developed for the participation of PE "Chance" in a USAID grant program aimed at expanding the enterprise's logistical capabilities. A comprehensive mechanism that considers external and internal factors aimed at ensuring the enterprise's resilience to the challenges of martial law was developed. Для досягнення цієї мети було визначено такі завдання: розкрити економічну сутність і склад економічної безпеки підприємства; здійснити вивчення теоретичного підходу до управління економічною безпекою підприємства; врахувати системні інструменти оцінки операційних аспектів фінансової стійкості підприємства; здійснити діагностичні оцінки впливу зовнішнього середовища на економічну безпеку підприємства; виконати оцінку фінансового стану ТОВ «КОД»; провести комплексний аналіз, щоб оцінити рівень економічної безпеки ТОВ «КОД»; навести обґрунтування управлінського підходу ТОВ «КОД» щодо забезпечення економічної безпеки; необхідно провести оцінку економічної ефективності реалізованого проєкту; здійснити дослідження потенційних ризиків проєкту та оцінку того, як реалізація проєкту вплине на економічну безпеку ТОВ «КОД». Об'єктом дослідження є ефективне управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Предмет кваліфікаційної роботи зосереджено на вивченні теоретичних основ і практичних стратегій ефективного управління економічною безпекою підприємств. The purpose of the work is to create theoretical, methodical and practical foundations of effective management of the economic security of the enterprise in conditions of uncertainty. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: to reveal the economic essence and composition of the economic security of the enterprise; to carry out a study of the theoretical approach to the management of economic security of the enterprise; take into account system tools for assessing the operational aspects of the enterprise's financial stability; carry out diagnostic assessments of the impact of the external environment on the economic security of the enterprise; carry out an assessment of the financial condition of LLC "KOD"; conduct a comprehensive analysis to assess the level of economic security of LLC "KOD"; to justify the managerial approach of LLC "KOD" to ensure economic security; it is necessary to evaluate the economic efficiency of the implemented project; carry out a study of the potential risks of the project and an assessment of how the implementation of the project will affect the economic security of LLC "KOD". The object of the study is the effective management of the economic security of the enterprise. The content of the state innovation policy and the essential characteristics of the main tools for its implementation have been determined. The methods of researching innovative activity and assessing its impact on the country's economic growth are systematized. The main principles and principles of the Common Innovation Policy of the EU and the conditions for the formation of national strategies, tasks, tools and measures of Poland's innovation policy are analyzed. The impact of innovation policy on the economic growth of Poland is determined. The main trends of innovative activity in Ukraine and their impact on the national economy are revealed. The areas of improvement of Ukraine's innovation policy based on the Polish experience are substantiated.
