Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи – надати пропозиції щодо вдосконалення стратегічного планування розвитку вітчизняних ІТ-компаній. В рамках визначеної мети виокремлено необхідність вирішення таких завдань: здійснити вивчення теоретико-методологічних засад стратегічного планування розвитку ІТ-підприємства; проаналізувати системи стратегічного планування розвитку ІТ підприємства; продемонструвати стратегічну позицію, стратегію та стратегічну спрямованість розвитку ТОВ «А-СОФТ». The purpose of writing the qualification work is to provide proposals for improving strategic planning for the development of domestic IT companies. Within the framework of the specified goal, the need to solve the following tasks is identified: to study the theoretical and methodological principles of strategic planning for the development of an IT enterprise; to analyze the systems of strategic planning for the development of an IT enterprise; to demonstrate the strategic position, strategy and strategic direction of the development of LLC "A-SOFT".
