Item Конструювання і розрахунок скребкового конвеєра ливарного цеху(ЦНТУ, 2023-07-15) Кулинка, Богдан Миколайович; Kulynka, BohdanКваліфікаційна робота за першим (бакалаврським) рівнем вищої освіти на тему: “Конструювання і розрахунок скребкового конвеєра ливарного цеху” складається із двох розділів. В першому розділі виконано критичний огляд ланцюгових конвеєрів ливарного цеху. Згідно з завданням сформульовано мету і задачі кваліфікаційної роботи – виконати конструкторські розрахунки скребкового конвеєра продуктивністю 100 т/год при транспортуванні глини. В другому розділі роботи наведено тяговий розрахунок конвеєра, вибрано двигун і редуктор привода конвеєра, виконано розрахунок на міцність валу. Qualification work for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education on the topic: "Design and Calculation of a Scraper Conveyor for a Foundry" consists of two sections. In the first section, a critical review of chain conveyors for the foundry is conducted. According to the assignment, the aim and objectives of the qualification work are formulated – to perform the design calculations of a scraper conveyor with a capacity of 100 tons per hour for transporting clay. In the second section of the work, the traction calculation of the conveyor is provided, the motor and gearbox for the conveyor drive are selected, and the strength calculation of the shaft is performed.
