    Міграційна політика Польщі та її вплив на демографічну ситуацію в Україні

    У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізувати основні тенденції міжнародної міграції людських ресурсів в умовах глобалізації. Узагальнено теоретичні підходи до розуміння сутності та завдань міграційної політики держави. Систематизовано теоретико-методичні підходи до оцінки впливу міграційної політики на демографічну ситуацію в країні-імпортері та країні-експортері трудових ресурсів. Проаналізовано основні засади формування міграційної політики Польщі в умовах подолання міграційної кризи в ЄС. Охарактеризовано зміни міграційних потоків в Польщі після приєднання до Європейського Союзу. Визначено основні результати реалізації міграційної політики для економіки Польщі. Проаналізовано динаміку та структуру імміграційних потоків українців до Польщі. Виявлено залежність демографічних проблем в Україні від міграційної політики Польщі. In the thesis, analyze the main trends of international migration of human resources in the conditions of globalization. Theoretical approaches to understanding the essence and tasks of the state's migration policy are summarized. Theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the impact of migration policy on the demographic situation in the country-importer and country-exporter of labor resources are systematized. The main principles of the formation of the migration policy of Poland in the conditions of overcoming the migration crisis in the EU have been analyzed. Changes in migration flows in Poland after joining the European Union are characterized. The main results of the implementation of the migration policy for the economy of Poland have been determined. The dynamics and structure of immigration flows of Ukrainians to Poland are analyzed. The dependence of demographic problems in Ukraine on Poland's migration policy was revealed.
