Детальний аналіз роботи таких жаток дозволив визначити мету - це підвищення продуктивності зернозбиральних машин шляхом удосконалення технології обчісування зернових та визначенням раціональних параметрів і режимів роботи жатки для обчісування. В роботі вирішені наступні задачі: визначено перспективний напрям щодо вдосконалення технології обчісування зернових культур на корені та вдосконалити конструкцію жатки; досліджено взаємодію барабану з гребінками зі стеблами озимої пшениці та встановити його раціональні параметри та бажані режими роботи; розраховані техніко-економічні показники ефективності використання даної жатки і запропоновані рекомендації для її промислового впровадження. In the master's thesis the technology of harvesting winter wheat is improved through the use of a combing reaper. A detailed analysis of the work of such reapers allowed to determine the goal - to increase the productivity of grain harvesters by improving the technology of grain combining and determining the rational parameters and modes of operation of the reaper for combing. The following tasks are solved in the work: the perspective direction concerning improvement of technology of combing of grain crops on a root and to improve a design of a reaper is defined; the interaction of the drum with combs with the stems of winter wheat was studied and its rational parameters and desired modes of operation were established; technical and economic indicators of efficiency of use of this reaper are calculated and recommendations for its industrial implementation are offered.
