    Управління інвестиційною діяльністю в агробізнесі в сучасних умовах» (на прикладі СФГ «Галина» Кіровоградська обл. Бобринецький р-н, с. Златопілля)

    У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методологічні основи інвестиційної діяльності в агробізнесі, розглянуто сутність інвестиційної діяльності підприємств, фактори розвитку інвестиційної діяльності в агробізнесі та принципи управління інвестиційної діяльності в агробізнесі. Визначено аналіз інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства на прикладі селянського фермерського господарства «Галина», розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику ФСГ «Галина», проведено фінансово-економічний аналіз ФСГ «Галина» та проведено оцінку інвестиційної діяльності ФСГ «Галина». Розглянуто управління інвестиційним потенціалом в агробізнесі, визначені напрямки удосконалення інвестиційного потенціалу в агробізнесі, окреслені перспективи розвитку інвестиційної діяльності в агробізнесі в умовах сучасних тенденцій, розроблені інвестиційні стратегії в агробізнесі в сучасних умовах. The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of investment activity in agribusiness, considers the essence of investment activity of enterprises, factors of development of investment activity in agribusiness and principles of management of investment activity in agribusiness. The analysis of the investment activity of the agricultural enterprise was defined on the example of the peasant farm "Halyna", the organizational and economic characteristics of the FSG "Galyna" were considered, the financial and economic analysis of the FSG "Galyna" was carried out, and the investment activity of the FSG "Galyna" was evaluated. The management of investment potential in agribusiness was considered, directions for improvement of investment potential in agribusiness were determined, prospects for the development of investment activity in agribusiness in the conditions of modern trends were outlined, investment strategies in agribusiness in modern conditions were developed.
