Завданнями роботи є формулювання теоретичних постулатів управління закладами охорони здоров’я, дослідження особливостей функціонування медичних закладів, визначення стану організації управління КНП «Олександрійська Центральна районна лікарня» та розробка пропозицій щодо поліпшення управління медичними організаціями. Об‘єкт дослідження – система управління закладів охорони здоров’я. Предмет дослідження − теоретичні засади і практичні аспекти організації системи управління закладами охорони здоров’я. The purpose of the qualification work is to formulate the conceptual foundations for the formation of a management system of medical organisations and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement. The objectives of the work are to formulate theoretical postulates of healthcare institution management, study the peculiarities of the functioning of medical institutions, determine the state of management of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "Oleksandriya Central District Hospital" and develop proposals for improving the management of medical organisations. The object of research is the management system of healthcare institutions. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the organisation of the management system of healthcare institutions.
