    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення механізму формування іміджу та ділової репутації Виконавчого комітету Кропивницької міської ради у контексті стратегії розвитку регіону. Завдання кваліфікаційної роботи полягають у дослідженні теоретико-технологічних підходів до формування іміджу та ділової репутації державної установи; визначенні ключових чинників впливу на імідж та репутацію державних установ; проведенні аналізу соціально-економічного контексту діяльності Виконавчого комітету Кропивницької міської ради; діагностиці ключових елементів ділової репутації Виконавчого комітету; формуванні механізму адаптації кадрової політики до умов воєнного стану; визначенні напрямів синхронізації механізму формування іміджу та ділової репутації державної установи із стратегією розвитку регіону. The purpose of the qualification thesis is to develop recommendations for improving the mechanism of image and business reputation formation of the Executive Committee of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council in the context of the regional development strategy. The objectives of the qualification thesis are as follows: - to study theoretical and technological approaches to the formation of the image and business reputation of a public institution; - to identify key factors influencing the image and reputation of public institutions; - to analyze the socio-economic context of the activities of the Executive Committee of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council; - to diagnose key elements of the business reputation of the Executive Committee; - to develop a mechanism for adapting personnel policy to the conditions of martial law; - to determine directions for synchronizing the mechanism of image and business reputation formation of a public institution with the regional development strategy.
