Метою розробки є дослідження та програмна реалізація системи синтезу та аналізу QR-кодів на мобільних пристроях під ОС Android. Об’єктом дослідження є процес синтезу та аналізу QR-кодів на мобільних пристроях під ОС Android. Предметом дослідження є методи синтезу та аналізу QR-кодів на мобільних пристроях під ОС Android. Методи дослідження базуються на методах теорії кодування, методах математичної статистики, методах розробки програмного забезпечення. Результат роботи – програмна реалізація системи синтезу та аналізу QR-кодів на мобільних пристроях під ОС Android. В процесі роботи над програмною моделлю виконано аналіз існуючих апаратних та програмних засобів. В повній мірі описані всі компоненти розробленого програмного забезпечення. Розроблено зручний інтерфейс користувача. Наведені інструкції по роботі з програмними засобами. Програма може використовуватися на мобільних пристроях під ОС Android. Програму розроблено в середовищі Delphi 10.4. In this graduation thesis for the second (master's) level of higher education, software was developed, which is intended for the system of synthesis and analysis of QR codes on mobile devices with the Android OS. The purpose of the development is the research and software implementation of the system of synthesis and analysis of QR codes on mobile devices with the Android OS. The object of the study is the process of synthesis and analysis of QR codes on mobile devices with Android OS. The subject of the research is methods of synthesis and analysis of QR codes on mobile devices with Android OS. Research methods are based on coding theory methods, mathematical statistics methods, and software development methods. The result of the work is the software implementation of the system of synthesis and analysis of QR codes on mobile devices with the Android OS. In the process of working on the software model, an analysis of existing hardware and software was performed. All components of the developed software are fully described. A convenient user interface has been developed. Instructions for working with software tools are provided. The program can be used on mobile devices with Android OS. The program was developed in the Delphi 10.4 environment.Item Підвищення ефективності діяльності ІТ-служби лікувального закладу (на прикладі КНП «КОЛ КОР» м. Кропивницький)(ЦНТУ, 2023-12-25) Якубенко, Ярослав Ігорович; Yakubenko, YaroslavУ першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретичні основи функціонування ІТ-служби лікувального закладу. Проаналізовано методології та стандарти і ІТ сфері. Визначено специфіку впровадження інформаційних систем в лікувальних закладах. Визначено функції та завдання ІТ-служби. Проаналізовані схеми організаційної структури управління підприємствами. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз показників фінансово-економічного стану КНП «КОЛ КОР». Надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства. Здійснено аналіз внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища функціонування КНП «КОЛ КОР». У третьому розділі розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності ІТ-служби лікувального закладу. Запропонований розрахунок витрат часу на виконання робіт по обслуговуванню ІТ-інфраструктури підприємства. Запропоновано створення окремого ІТ-підрозділу, його алгоритм реагування на інциденти та запропоновано ввести ранжування інцидентів за допомогою матриці Ейзенхауєра. In the first section of the work, the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the IT service of the medical institution were investigated. The methodologies and standards of the IT sector were analyzed. The specifics of the implementation of information systems in medical institutions have been determined. The functions and tasks of the IT service are defined. Analyzed schemes of the organizational structure of enterprise management. In the second section of the work, an analysis of the indicators of the financial and economic condition of KNP "KOL KOR" was carried out. The general organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are given. An analysis of the internal and external environment of the KOL KOR KNP was carried out. In the third section, scientific and practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the IT service of a medical institution have been developed. The proposed calculation of time spent on performing work on servicing the IT infrastructure of the enterprise. The creation of a separate IT department, its incident response algorithm, and the introduction of incident ranking using the Eisenhower matrix are proposed.
