    Розвиток системи стратегічного управління господарською діяльністю підприємства

    В першому розділі досліджуються теоретичні засади стратегічного управ-ління господарською діяльністю підприємства. Визначається сутність та підходи до побудови системи стратегічного управління діяльності підприємства. Визначено рівні стратегічних рішень та типологію стратегій підприємства. Розглянуто сутність діагностики умов господарювання. В другому розділі досліджено систему стратегічного управління господарською діяльністю сільськогосподарських підприємств України. Проведено аналіз стратегічних складових потенціалу розвит-ку Кіровоградської області. Визначено тенденції розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств Кіровоградської області. Здійснено оцінку ефективності стратегічного управління підприємством. В третьому розділі визначено напрями удосконалення розвитку стратегічного управління підприємством. Визначено умови забезпечення стратегічного управління розвитком аграрного підприємства. Розглянуто особли-вості формування стратегії розвитку аграрного підприємства. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of strategic management of economic activity of the enterprise. The essence and approaches to the development of a system of strategic management of enterprise activities are determined. The levels of strategic decisions and typology of enterprise strategies are determined. The essence of diagnostics of economic conditions is analyzed. The second chapter explores the system of strategic management of economic activity of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. It analyzes the strategic components of the development potential of Kirovograd region. The tendencies of development of agricultural enterprises of Kirovograd region are determined. Evaluation of the effectiveness of strategic management of the enterprise is carried out. The third chapter identifies directions for improving the development of strategic management of the enterprise. The conditions for ensuring strategic management of an agricultural enterprise are determined. The specific features of the development strategy of the agrarian enterprise are analyzed.

    Оптимізація використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «АГРОФІРМА СОЮЗ» м. Кропивницький)

    У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні підходи та обґрунтовано практичні напрями оптимізації використання ресурсного потенціалу у виробничій діяльності аграрного підприємства. Запропоновано напрями по удосконаленню управління з метою оптимізації використання ресурсів на аналізованому підприємстві, проведена оцінка виробничої діяльності. У першому розділі узагальнено теоретичні підходи та систематизовано визначення ресурсів виробництва, що формують потенціал сучасного підприємства. У другому розділі проаналізовано в динаміці показники виробничої діяльності та обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження концепції ресурсозбереження з метою подальшого ефективного розвитку аналізованого підприємства. У третьому розділі сформовано механізм ефективного управління та використання ресурсів, визначено інструменти та напрями оптимізації використання ресурсного потенціалу агропідприємства, що вплине на зростання ефективності та розвитку досліджуваного підприємства. The qualification work considers theoretical approaches and substantiates practical directions for optimizing the use of resource potential in the production activities of an agricultural enterprise. Directions for improving management are proposed in order to optimize the use of resources at the analyzed enterprise, and an assessment of production activities is carried out. The first section summarizes theoretical approaches and systematizes the definition of production resources that form the potential of a modern enterprise. The second section analyzes the dynamics of production activity indicators and justifies the need to implement the concept of resource conservation for the purpose of further effective development of the analyzed enterprise. The third section forms a mechanism for effective management and use of resources, identifies tools and directions for optimizing the use of resource potential of an agricultural enterprise, which will affect the growth of efficiency and development of the studied enterprise.

    Потенціал конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі ПАТ НВП «Радій» м. Кропивницький)

    У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, визначено мету, об’єкт, і предмет дослідження. В першому розділі розглянуті теоретико-методологічні засади потенціалу конкурентоспроможності підприємства, досліджено сутність, управління та структуру КПП. В другому розділі проведено аналіз господарської діяльності ПАТ НВП «Радій», оцінка ефективності потенціалу конкурентоспроможності підприємства, визначено, що підприємство розвивається. В третьому розділі запропоновані заходи та рекомендації підвищення потенціалу конкурентоспроможності підприємства, зокрема проект з відновлюваної енергетики для ПАТ НВП «Радій». Запровадження заходів дасть можливість ПАТ НВП «Радій» підвищити потенціал конкурентоспроможності підприємства. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the purpose, object, and subject of the study. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the enterprise's competitiveness potential are considered, the essence, management and structure of the checkpoint are investigated. In the second chapter, an analysis of the economic activity of Research and Production Corporation «Radiy» was carried out, an assessment of the effectiveness of the enterprise's competitiveness potential was carried out, and it was determined that the enterprise is developing. In the third section, measures and recommendations for increasing the competitiveness potential of the enterprise are proposed, in particular, a renewable energy project for RPC «Radiу». The introduction of measures will make it possible for RPC «Radiу» to increase the competitiveness potential of the enterprise.

    У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, визначено мету, об’єкт, і предмет дослідження. В першому розділі розглянуті теоретичні основи формування інноваційної діяльності на підприємствах. В другому розділі приведені загальна характеристика ПАТ НВП «Радій», аналіз фінасового стану та стратегічної направленності, визначено, що підприємство рентабельне. В третьому розділі запропоновані напрями удосконалення інноваційної діяльності, зокрема обгрунтування доцільності запровадження проєкта по впровадженню інноваційної продукції за допомогою метода «дерево прийняття рішень». Запровадження заходів дасть можливість ПАТ НВП «Радій» покращити ефективність інноваційної діяльності. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the purpose, object, and subject of the study are determined. The first section discusses the theoretical foundations of the formation of innovation activity at enterprises. The second section provides a general description of Research and Production Corporation "Radiy”, an analysis of the financial condition and strategic orientation, and determines that the enterprise is profitable. The third section proposes directions for improving innovation activities, in particular, justifying the feasibility of implementing a project to introduce innovative products using the decision-making tree method. Implementation of the measures will allow Research and Production Corporation "Radiy” to improve the efficiency of innovation activities.

    У першому розділі роботи розглянуто важливість розвитку регіональної аграрної науки в Україні та її значення у забезпеченні продовольчої та економічної безпеки держави, а також викладено сутність поняття « науково-інноваційний потенціал». Здійснено порівняльний аналіз існуючих підходів до ефективного управління інноваційним потенціалом наукових установ та його оцінки. В другому розділі подано загальну характеристику наукової установи, проведено поглиблений аналіз її фінансової діяльності, аналіз сильних та слабких сторін, можливостей та загроз за методикою SWOT-аналізу. В третьому розділі запропоновано стратегічні перспективи розвитку регіональної аграрної науки з урахуванням ефективного використання наявного науково-інноваційного потенціалу ІСГС НААН в контексті нових напрямків досліджень та інтеграції аграрної науки, освіти і бізнесу на регіональному рівні. The first section of the work considers the importance of the development of regional agricultural science in Ukraine and its significance in ensuring the food and economic security of the state, and also outlines the essence of the concept of "scientific and innovative potential". A comparative analysis of existing approaches to the effective management of the innovative potential of scientific institutions and its assessment is carried out. The second section presents a general description of the scientific institution, an in-depth analysis of its financial activities, an analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats using the SWOT analysis method. The third section proposes strategic prospects for the development of regional agricultural science, taking into account the effective use of the existing scientific and innovative potential of the ISGS NAAS in the context of new areas of research and integration of agricultural science, education and business at the regional level.

    Аналіз ресурсного забезпечення діяльності комерційного банку

    У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні основи ресурсного забезпечення діяльності комерційних банків. Поглиблено сутність ресурсів банку, визначено їх структуру, специфічні риси та охарактеризовано фактори впливу на формування. Досліджено особливості процесу управління ресурсною базою комерційних банків. Проаналізовано абсолютні та відносні показники фінансової діяльності АТ «Банк Альянс». Досліджено процес управління ресурсною базою АТ «Банк Альянс». На основі фінансової звітності надано аналітичну оцінку ресурсного забезпечення діяльності АТ «Банк Альянс». Розроблено пропозиції стосовно механізмів оцінки фінансових ризиків в процесі формування та використання ресурсів банку. Запропонована модель збалансованого формування ресурсної бази банків, що дозволяє сформувати збалансовану структуру активів та пасивів банку для забезпечення максимального прибутку при дотриманні обов’язкових нормативів НБУ стосовно регулювання їх діяльності. The paper examines the theoretical and methodical foundations of resource provision of commercial banks. The essence of the bank's resources was deepened, their structure, specific features were determined, and the factors affecting their formation were characterized. Peculiarities of the process of managing the resource base of commercial banks have been studied. The absolute and relative indicators of the financial activity of Bank Alliance JSC were analyzed. The process of managing the resource base of Bank Alliance JSC was studied. On the basis of financial statements, an analytical assessment of the resource provision of JSC "Bank Alliance" activity was provided. Proposals have been developed regarding the mechanisms for assessing financial risks in the process of forming and using the bank's resources. The proposed model of balanced formation of the resource base of banks, which allows to form a balanced structure of bank assets and liabilities to ensure maximum profit while complying with the mandatory regulations of the NBU regarding the regulation of their activities.
