    Напрями удосконалення системи управління розвитком аграрного підприємства в контексті цифровізації

    Метою виконання кваліфікаційної роботи виступає узагальнення та систематизація теоретичних положень щодо процесу цифрової трансформації та вироблення рекомендацій, які дозволять удосконалити процес управління розвитком аграрного підприємства в контексті цифровізації. Для досягнення поставленої мети необхідно вирішити такі завдання як: проаналізувати особливості процесу управління розвитком підприємства на сучасному етапі; розкрити сутність та основні аспекти цифрової трансформації; проаналізувати оцінку впливу цифрової трансформації на управління розвитком підприємства; проаналізувати виробничо-господарську діяльність СФГ «Галина»; дослідити фактори зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що впливають на діяльність СФГ «Галина»; провести діагностику стану розвитку підприємництва в контексті цифровізації; визначити проблемні аспекти управління розвитком підприємства в умовах цифрової трансформації та розробити стратегію розвитку підприємства; розробити проект вдосконалення управління розвитком шляхом використання можливостей цифрової ери. The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize and systematize theoretical provisions on the process of digital transformation and to develop recommendations that will improve the process of managing the development of an agricultural enterprise in the context of digitalization. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: analyze the features of the process of managing the development of an agricultural enterprise at the current stage; reveal the essence and main aspects of digital transformation; analyze the assessment of the impact of digital transformation on the management of the development of an enterprise; analyze the production and economic activities of the Galina Agricultural Farm; investigate the factors of the external and internal environment that affect the activities of the Galina Agricultural Farm; conduct diagnostics of the state of entrepreneurship development in the context of digitalization; identify problematic aspects of managing the development of an enterprise in the context of digital transformation and develop a strategy for the development of the enterprise; develop a project for improving development management by using the opportunities of the digital era.

У роботі вирішено такі завдання: проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти стратегічного менеджменту у сфері охорони здоров’я; оцінено організаційно-економічну діяльність КПН «Центральна міська лікарня м. Олександрії»; ідентифіковано ключові проблеми у стратегічному управлінні закладом; розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управлінських процесів через впровадження системи збалансованих показників і цифрових інструментів. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for improving the strategic management of healthcare institutions in the context of modern reforms and digitalisation. The work solves the following tasks: analyses the theoretical aspects of strategic management in the healthcare sector; evaluates the organisational and economic activities of the Central City Hospital of Oleksandria; identifies key problems in the strategic management of the institution; develops recommendations for improving management processes through the introduction of a system of balanced scorecards and digital tools.

    Напрями вдосконалення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах цифровізації ІТ-процесів

    Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних елементів та формулювання практичних пропозицій щодо підвищення конкуренто-спроможності підприємства шляхом цифровізації технологічних процесів. Задля досягнення визначеної мети було визначено необхідність вирішити наступні завдання, а саме: дослідити поняття та сутнісні характеристики конкурентоспроможності сучасних підприємств; вивчити сучасні інструменти, тренди та можливості цифровізації технологічних процесів підприємства; вивчити особливості зарубіжного досвіду цифрового управління технічними процесами підприємств; здійснити оцінку рівня конкурентоспроможності досліджуваного підприємства в контексті цифровізації ІТ-процесів шляхом аналізу ключових показників фінансового результату діяльності ТОВ «Шторм-нет» та проведення компаративного аналізу з основними конкурентами; обгрунтувати необхідність підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства шляхом цифровізації технічних процесів. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical elements and formulate practical proposals for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise through the digitalization of technological processes. In order to achieve the specified goal, the need to solve the following tasks was determined, namely: to study the concept and essential characteristics of the competitiveness of modern enterprises; to study modern tools, trends and opportunities for digitalization of technological processes of the enterprise; to study the features of foreign experience in digital management of technical processes of enterprises; to assess the level of competitiveness of the studied enterprise in the context of digitalization of IT processes by analyzing key indicators of the financial result of the activities of LLC "Storm-net" and conducting a comparative analysis with major competitors; to justify the need to increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise through the digitalization of technical processes.

Метою дослідження було з'ясувати необхідність вирішення наступних питань: дослідити фундаментальні принципи, характеристики та тенденції цифрової трансформації; дослідити значення стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами діяльності сучасних підприємств в контексті цифрової трансформації; описати та дослідити практичні методи оцінювання ефективності бізнес-процесів; здійснити загальну характеристику досліджуваного господарства та аналіз ефективності його господарської діяльності; визначити ефективність бізнес-процесі на досліджуваному підприємстві; пошук пропозицій щодо вдосконалення бізнес-процесів діяльності сучасних підприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації. The purpose of the work is to create and expand the theoretical foundations of improving business processes of modern enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation. The purpose of the study was to clarify the need to address the following issues: to investigate the fundamental principles, characteristics and trends of digital transformation; to investigate the importance of strategic management of business processes of modern enterprises in the context of digital transformation; to describe and investigate practical methods for assessing the effectiveness of business processes; to carry out a general characteristic of the studied enterprise and analyze the effectiveness of its economic activity; to determine the effectiveness of the business process at the studied enterprise; to search for proposals for improving business processes of modern enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation.

    Організаційно-економічні засади здійснення модернізації технічних засобів як основи відтворення матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств (на прикладі ПП «Рулен», м. Кропивницький)

    В першому розділі роботи досліджувалися засади модернізації модернізації технічних засобів аграрних підприємств. Зокрема, розглянута сутність та значення матеріального забезпечення та модернізації в сучасних умовах. Розглянуто основні організаційно-економічні чинники, що впливають на модернізацію технічної бази стратегії підприємства. У другому розділі було здійснено всебічний аналіз діяльності ПП «Рулен», зокрема характеристика підприємства, оцінка фінансово-господарських показників та матеріально-технічного забезпечення аграрного сектору Кіровоградської області. В третьому розділі визначено шляхи удосконалення механізму залучення інвестицій для оновлення матеріально-технічної бази та запропоновано рекомендації щодо впровадження сучасних технологій для модернізації технічних засобів. The first section of the work examined the principles of modernization of technical means of agricultural enterprises. In particular, the essence and significance of material support and modernization in modern conditions were considered. The main organizational and economic factors influencing the modernization of the technical base of the enterprise strategy were considered. The second section carried out a comprehensive analysis of the activities of PE "Rulen", in particular the characteristics of the enterprise, the assessment of financial and economic indicators and material and technical support of the agricultural sector of the Kirovograd region. The third section identified ways to improve the mechanism for attracting investments to update the material and technical base and proposed recommendations for the implementation of modern technologies for the modernization of technical means.
