The most important trend of the modern global library world is the active development of library computer networks, as well as companies and associations based on them. Foreign libraries are currently demonstrating new forms of organizing library cooperation at the national and transnational levels. The development of international information cooperation is an objective regularity that reflects the features of the socio-economic development of the modern world: integration, international specialization, cooperation.
