    Актуальність теми обумовлена тим, що в умовах тривалих гуманітарних криз, викликаних війною в Україні, впровадження механізмів зворотного зв’язку стає одним із ключових завдань гуманітарних організацій, спрямованих на забезпечення ефективної взаємодії з бенефіціарами. У роботі комплексно досліджено механізми зворотного зв’язку в міжнародній гуманітарній організації «Save the Children», представлено основні напрями оптимізації зворотного зв’язку в діяльності міжнародної організації. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that in the conditions of protracted humanitarian crises caused by the war in Ukraine, the implementation of feedback mechanisms is becoming one of the key tasks of humanitarian organizations aimed at ensuring effective interaction with beneficiaries. The paper comprehensively examines the feedback mechanisms in the international humanitarian organization "Save the Children", presents the main directions of optimizing feedback in the activities of an international organization.

    Актуальність дослідження зумовлена кількома важливими факторами, які свідчать про необхідність розуміння та впровадження сучасних технологій у бібліотечну справу. Основні аспекти включають – розвиток цифрових технологій, зростання обсягу інформації, попит на електронний контент, ефективність управління ресурсами, конкуренція, підвищення якості навчання та досліджень, розвиток концепції відкритого доступу, актуалізацію правових аспектів, формування нового досвіду, соціальні та культурні зміни. Вказані фактори засвідчують спроможність бібліотечних установ адаптуватися до сучасного розвитку інформаційного середовища. The relevance of the study is due to several important factors that indicate the need to understand and implement modern technologies in library work. The main aspects include - the development of digital technologies, the growth of information, the demand for electronic content, the efficiency of resource management, competition, improving the quality of education and research, the development of the concept of open access, the updating of legal aspects, the formation of new experience, social and cultural changes. These factors indicate the ability of library institutions to adapt to the modern development of the information environment.
