Item Розвиток інформаційних систем управління підприємством (на прикладі ТОВ «КОД», м. Визначити сутність, структура та класифікацію інформаційних систем, інформаційних систем управління підприємством та інформаційно-аналітичних систем. В другому розділі досліджені виклики сучасного бізнес-середовища та визначено їх вплив на інформаційні системи, проаналізовано підприємство ТОВ «КОД» (його конкурентне середовище, показники прибутковості, ліквідності та фінансової стійкості), виконано аналіз впроваджених інформаційних систем управління. В третьому розділі роботи обґрунтовані напрями вдосконалення інформаційних систем управління та автоматизації бізнес-процесів на ТОВ «КОД», запропоновані рекомендації щодо підвищення стійкості інформаційних систем управління до зовнішніх викликів. The first section of the work examines the theoretical aspects of using information systems for enterprise management. To determine the essence, structure and classification of information systems, enterprise management information systems and information and analytical systems. The second section examines the challenges of the modern business environment and determines their impact on information systems, analyzes the enterprise LLC "KOD" (its competitive environment, profitability, liquidity and financial stability indicators), analyzes the implemented management information systems. The third section of the work substantiates the areas of improvement of management information systems and automation of business processes at LLC "KOD", and offers recommendations for increasing the resilience of management information systems to external challenges.Item Дослідження та програмна реалізація системи інформаційної системи підприємства(ЦНТУ, 2023-12) Петленко, Максим Володимирович; Petlenko, MaksymВ даній випускній кваліфікаційній роботі за другим (магістерським) рівнем вищої освіти розроблено програмне забезпечення, яке призначено для системи інформаційної системи підприємства. Метою розробки є дослідження та програмна реалізація системи інформаційної системи підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес інформаційної системи підприємства. Предметом дослідження є методи інформаційної системи підприємства. Методи дослідження базуються на методах побудови інформаційних систем, методах математичної статистики, методах розробки програмного забезпечення. Результат роботи – програмна реалізація системи інформаційної системи підприємства. В процесі роботи над програмною моделлю виконано аналіз існуючих апаратних та програмних засобів. В повній мірі описані всі компоненти розробленого програмного забезпечення. Розроблено зручний інтерфейс користувача. Наведені інструкції по роботі з програмними засобами. Програма може використовуватися на ПЕОМ архітектури IBM PC з ОС Windows 10/11. Програму розроблено в середовищі Visual С++. In this graduation thesis for the second (master's) level of higher education, software is developed, which is intended for the information system of the enterprise. The purpose of the development is the research and software implementation of the information system of the enterprise. The object of research is the process of the information system of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the methods of the information system of the enterprise. Research methods are based on methods of building information systems, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of software development. The result of the work is the software implementation of the enterprise's information system. In the process of working on the software model, an analysis of existing hardware and software was performed. All components of the developed software are fully described. A convenient user interface has been developed. Instructions for working with software tools are provided. The program can be used on PCs of IBM PC architecture with Windows 10/11 OS. Представлено підходи до класифікації інформаційних систем, пов'язаних з організаційним управлінням. Досліджено еволюцію розвитку підходів до інформаційного забезпечення процесу управління. В другому розділі проаналізовано фінансово- господарську діяльність виробничого підприємства, а також стан розвитку його інформаційних систем управління. В третьому розділі обґрунтований вибір інформаційних системи для впровадження на організаційному рівні (ERP) та на рівні автоматизації взаємовідносинами з клієнтами (CRM). The first section of the work considered the theoretical and methodological principles of using information systems for enterprise management. Approaches to the classification of information systems related to organizational management are presented. The evolution of the development of approaches to the information support of the management process has been studied. In the second section, the financial and economic activities of the production enterprise, as well as the state of development of its information management systems, are analyzed. The third section substantiates the choice of information systems for implementation at the organizational level (ERP) and at the level of automation of customer relations (CRM).Item Дослідження та програмне забезпечення мобільного iOS-клієнта удосконаленої муніципальної інформаційної системи медичних послуг(ЦНТУ, 2022-12-26) Дробко, Олена Сергіївна; Drobko, OlenaВ цій випускній кваліфікацій роботі за другим (магістерським) рівнем вищої освіти удосконалено програмне забезпечення, яке призначено для того, щоб бути частиною муніципальної інформаційної системи медичних послуг, а саме клієнтом. Метою є дослідження та удосконалення програмного забезпечення муніципальної інформаційної системи медичних послуг міста Кропивницький. Об’єктом дослідження є процес діджиталізації надання інформації з медичних послуг на муніціпальному рівні. Предметом дослідження є методи побудови інформаційних систем та мобільних додатків для медичних послуг. Наукова новизна полягає у вдосконаленні моделі муніципальної інформаційної систем медичних послуг за рахунок реалізації процесу офлайнового режиму функціонування системи, що на відміну від існуючих моделей муніципальних систем забезпечує доступ до даних ІС у період відсутності зв'язку з Інтернетом. В процесі роботи над програмною моделлю виконано аналіз існуючих електронних сервісів. В повній мірі описані всі компоненти розробленого програмного забезпечення. Розроблено зручний інтерфейс користувача, інструкції по використанню програмного продукту. Програма може використовуватися на всіх моделях iPhone, що підтримують iOS 11+. Програму розроблено в середовищі Xcode. In this final qualification work for the second (master's) level of higher education, the software is improved, which is intended to be part of the municipal information system of medical services, namely the client. The goal is research and improvement of the software of the municipal information system of medical services in the city of Kropyvnytskyi. The object of the research is the process of digitalization of providing information on medical services at the municipal level. The subject of the research is methods of developing information systems and mobile applications for medical services. The scientific novelty consists in the improvement of the model of the municipal information systems of medical services due to the implementation of the process of the offline mode of the system functioning, which, unlike the existing models of municipal systems, provides access to IS data during the period of no Internet connection. In the process of working on a software model an analysis of existing municipal services. All components of the software developed are fully described. User-friendly user interface is developed. These are instructions for working with software. The program can be used on any iPhone with iOS 11+. Розкрита концепція ERP систем та обґрунтовані критерії вибору ERP систем. В другому розділі проаналізовано використання виробничого потенціалу та фінансово-економічний стан підприємства. В третьому розділі розглянуті вартісні складові володіння інформаційних систем та визначені витрати на підготовку та реалізацію системи. В роботі обґрунтований вибір ERP системи та визначена вартість її впровадження на ПАТ НВП «Радій». In the first section of the work, the issues of theoretical and methodological aspects of the introduction of automated information systems were investigated. The concept of ERP systems and justified criteria for choosing ERP systems are revealed. The second section analyzes the use of production potential and the financial and economic condition of the enterprise. In the third section, the cost components of ownership of information systems are considered and the costs for the preparation and implementation of the system are determined. The work substantiates the choice of the ERP system and determines the cost of its implementation at PJSC NVP "Radio".
