    Розвиток інноваційної діяльності підприємства (на прикладі ПАТ НВП «Радій» м. Кропивницький)

    У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, визначено мету, об’єкт, і предмет дослідження. В першому розділі розглянуті теоретичні основи формування інноваційної діяльності на підприємствах. В другому розділі приведені загальна характеристика ПАТ НВП «Радій», аналіз фінасового стану та стратегічної направленності, визначено, що підприємство рентабельне. В третьому розділі запропоновані напрями удосконалення інноваційної діяльності, зокрема обгрунтування доцільності запровадження проєкта по впровадженню інноваційної продукції за допомогою метода «дерево прийняття рішень». Запровадження заходів дасть можливість ПАТ НВП «Радій» покращити ефективність інноваційної діяльності. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the purpose, object, and subject of the study are determined. The first section discusses the theoretical foundations of the formation of innovation activity at enterprises. The second section provides a general description of Research and Production Corporation "Radiy”, an analysis of the financial condition and strategic orientation, and determines that the enterprise is profitable. The third section proposes directions for improving innovation activities, in particular, justifying the feasibility of implementing a project to introduce innovative products using the decision-making tree method. Implementation of the measures will allow Research and Production Corporation "Radiy” to improve the efficiency of innovation activities.

    Вплив глобальних ланцюгів створення вартості на розвиток переробної промисловості України

    У роботі розглянуто сутнісні характеристики та концептуальні засади формування глобальних ланцюгів створення вартості. Систематизовано теоретичні положення щодо визначення детермінант участі країн в глобальних ланцюгах доданої вартості. Узагальнено методичні підходи до оцінки участі країни у глобальних ланцюгах створення вартості та визначення їх впливу на розвиток переробної промисловості. Визначено особливості функціонування глобальних ланцюжків створення вартості в умовах посилення загроз. Окреслено сучасні тенденції участі країн у глобальних ланцюжках створення вартості. Визначено ступінь залучення України у глобальні ланцюги доданої вартості та основні фактори, що впливають на місце країни у цих ланцюжках. Оцінено вплив участі України у глобальних ланцюгах доданої вартості на основні показники промисловості. The work examines the essential characteristics and conceptual foundations of the formation of global value chains. Theoretical provisions on determining the determinants of countries' participation in global chains of added value are systematized. Methodological approaches to assessing the country's participation in global value chains and determining their impact on the development of the processing industry are summarized. The peculiarities of the functioning of global chains of value creation in conditions of increased threats are determined. Current trends in countries' participation in global value chains are outlined. The degree of involvement of Ukraine in global chains of added value and the main factors affecting the country's place in these chains are determined. The impact of Ukraine's participation in global value-added chains on the main indicators of industry was assessed.
