The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical elements and formulate practical proposals for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise through the digitalization of technological processes. The objective of the qualification work is to analyze existing management strategies at the enterprise, determine their impact on competitiveness, and develop and justify directions for their improvement to ensure sustainable development of the enterprise in a dynamic market environment. In the course of the study, the applicant addressed the following tasks: analyze theoretical approaches to the formation of management strategies and their impact on the competitiveness of enterprises; assess the current state of management strategies and competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise LLC "PROFI STAN"; analyze the main performance indicators of the enterprise and identify key factors affecting its competitiveness; identify shortcomings in the current management strategies of the enterprise and determine directions for their improvement; develop proposals for the implementation of new or modification of existing management strategies to strengthen the competitive positions of the enterprise; provide recommendations on the practical implementation of the proposed strategies and evaluate their impact on the enterprise's performance; substantiate the economic feasibility of the proposed improvements and develop a forecast of potential results.Item Управління інвестиційним процесом при формуванні конкурентних переваг підприємства (на прикладі Спортивний клуб «СК-Ятрань» дочірнє підприємство фірми «Віватон», м. Метою роботи є визначення шляхів удосконалення інвестиційної діяльності для підвищення ефективності та конкурентних переваг підприємства «СК-ЯТРАНЬ» ДП фірми «ВІВАТОН». У першому розділі розглядаються сутність інвестицій, нормативне регулювання їх відображення у фінансовій звітності, сучасні підходи до управління інвестиційними процесами та проблемні аспекти контролю як функції системи управління. Особлива увага приділена теорії забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств через оптимізацію інвестиційної діяльності. Другий розділ роботи зосереджений на аналізі інвестиційної діяльності підприємства «СК-ЯТРАНЬ» ДП фірми «ВІВАТОН». Проведено характеристику підприємства, аналіз ефективності його господарської діяльності, оцінку конкурентоспроможності, ймовірності банкрутства та діагностику кризових явищ. Розглянуто сутність і напрями формування інвестиційної стратегії підприємства, зокрема в контексті вирощування грибів «шиітаке», та виконано розрахунок ефективності інвестицій у цей напрям. Третій розділ присвячений розробці напрямів розвитку інвестиційної діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення інформаційного забезпечення інвестиційного менеджменту та фінансового контролю інвестиційної діяльності в системі управління підприємства. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для розробки стратегій підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємств з метою забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical and methodological principles of investment management and the assessment of its impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of the work is to determine ways to improve investment activities to increase the efficiency and competitive advantages of the enterprise «SK-YATRAN» of the SE firm «VIVATON». The first section considers the essence of investments, regulatory regulation of their reflection in financial reporting, modern approaches to managing investment processes and problematic aspects of control as a function of the management system. Special attention is paid to the theory of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises through the optimization of investment activities. The second section of the work focuses on the analysis of the investment activities of the enterprise «SK-YATRAN» of the SE firm «VIVATON». The enterprise is characterized, the effectiveness of its economic activities is analyzed, competitiveness is assessed, the probability of bankruptcy is assessed, and the crisis phenomena are diagnosed. The essence and directions of the formation of the enterprise's investment strategy are considered, in particular in the context of growing shiitake mushrooms, and the calculation of the effectiveness of investments in this direction is performed. The third section is devoted to the development of directions for the development of the investment activity of the enterprise. Measures are proposed to improve the information support of investment management and financial control of investment activity in the enterprise management system. The results of the study can be used to develop strategies for increasing the efficiency of investment activity of enterprises in order to ensure their competitiveness.Item Експортні позиції зернових культур на світових ринках: стан та тенденції(ЦНТУ, 2024-12-28) Браілов, Нікіта Владиславович; Brailov, NikitaУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджуються теоретичні та методологічні аспекти експортної діяльності українських підприємств зернової галузі в умовах загострення глобальних викликів сучасності. Розроблено та систематизовано методологічний підхід до аналізу міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств зернового сектору України. Проаналізовано інституційні чинники, що впливають на розвиток вітчизняного експорту зерна у воєнний час, а також окреслено тенденції й ключові проблеми цієї діяльності. Виконано емпіричну оцінку факторів, які формують конкурентоспроможність українських експортерів зернової продукції на світових ринках. Досліджено умови й механізми, які сприяють міжнародній інтеграції та взаємодоповнюваності українського зернового сектору з іншими ринками. Описано перспективи розвитку експортної діяльності українських виробників зерна в умовах воєнного часу. Запропоновано практичний механізм підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарських підприємств на глобальному ринку, що може сприяти покращенню позицій вітчизняних зернових виробників у міжнародній торгівлі. The qualification paper studies the theoretical and methodological aspects of the export activity of Ukrainian grain industry enterprises in the context of the aggravation of global challenges of our time. A methodological approach to the analysis of the international competitiveness of Ukrainian grain sector enterprises has been developed and systematized. Institutional factors influencing the development of domestic grain exports in wartime have been analyzed, as well as trends and key problems of this activity have been outlined. An empirical assessment of the factors that shape the competitiveness of Ukrainian grain exporters on world markets has been performed. Conditions and mechanisms that contribute to the international integration and complementarity of the Ukrainian grain sector with other markets have been studied. Prospects for the development of export activity of Ukrainian grain producers in wartime conditions have been described. A practical mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises on the global market has been proposed, which may contribute to improving the positions of domestic grain producers in international trade.
