    Інвестиційна політика аграрного сектору економіки України в умовах глобальних викликів

    В роботі досліджено еволюцію поглядів вчених щодо сутності понять інвестиції, класифікація інвестицій, інвестиційна політика. Розглянуто макроекономічні інвестиційні процеси та особливості інвестиційної політики в аграрному секторі економіки України. Здійснено оцінку стану інвестиційної діяльності та окреслено і обґрунтовано інноваційно-інвестиційний розвиток аграрного сектору економіки України в умовах глобалізаційних викликів. Визначено критерії оцінки та інвестиційно привабливі види продукції вітчизняних сільськогосподарських підприємств. Окреслено стратегічні підходи щодо покращення інвестиційної політики у вітчизняному аграрному секторі та визначено перспективи формування інвестиційних ресурсів аграрного сектору економіки України в умовах глобалізаційних викликів. Досліджено напрями державної підтримки вітчизняних аграрних підприємств з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду. The work investigates the evolution of scientists' views on the concepts of investment, investment classification, and investment policy. Macroeconomic processes and features of investment policy in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy are considered. An assessment of the investment activity was carried out, the innovative and investment development of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy was outlined and substantiated under the conditions of globalization challenges. Evaluation criteria and investment-attractive types of products of domestic agricultural enterprises are defined. Strategic approaches to improving investment policy in the domestic agrarian sector are outlined, and prospects for the formation of investment resources in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy in the context of globalization challenges are defined. The directions of state support of domestic agricultural enterprises were studied, taking into account foreign experience.

    Стратегічні пріоритети інвестування аграрного сектору України в контексті зарубіжного досвіду

    В роботі досліджено сутність понять інвестиції, класифікації інвестицій, інвестиційної діяльності, розкрито специфіку інвестиційного ринку України. Розглянуто особливості та стан інвестиційної діяльності в аграрному секторі економіки України. Визначено джерела фінансування капітальних інвестицій та обґрунтовано їх переваги і недоліки у вітчизняному аграрному секторі. Узагальнено теоретичні положення і методичні підходи щодо оцінок інвестиційної діяльності в аграрному секторі економіки за основними ознаками та обґрунтовано напрями їх активізації. Розроблено заходи покращення інвестиційної привабливості регіону за інституціональним напрямком регіональної політики. Досліджено досвід розвинутих країн світу щодо залучення інвестицій в сільське господарство, виявлено, що підвищення ефективності сільськогосподарських підприємств практично неможливо без залучення інновацій та інвестицій. Розроблено стратегічні пріоритети щодо інвестування аграрного сектору України з врахуванням кращого зарубіжного досвіду. The work examines the essence of the concepts of investment, classification of investments, investment activity, reveals the specifics of the investment market of Ukraine. The peculiarities and state of investment activity in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy are considered. Sources of capital investment financing are identified and their advantages and disadvantages in the domestic agricultural sector are substantiated. The theoretical provisions and methodical approaches regarding the assessment of investment activity in the agricultural sector of the economy are summarized according to the main characteristics and the directions of their activation are substantiated. Measures to improve the investment attractiveness of the region have been developed according to the institutional direction of regional policy. The experience of the developed countries of the world regarding the attraction of investments in agriculture was studied, and it was found that increasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises is practically impossible without the attraction of innovations and investments. Strategic priorities for investing in the agricultural sector of Ukraine have been developed, taking into account the best foreign experience.
