У другому розділі здійснено аналіз фінансового стану та фінансових результатів ТОВ «ВЛАДАНД». У третьому розділі розроблено бізнес-план виробництва керамзиту. The first section of the paper discusses the main areas of investment activity; the essential characteristics, functional and elemental composition and structure of investments; the theoretical foundations of formation and evaluation of investment efficiency and approaches to business plan preparation. The second nalyzes the financial position and financial results of «VLADAND» LLC. The third section develops a business plan for the production of expanded clay.

    Вдосконалення системи планування розвитку підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Кропивницький хліб», м. Кропивницький)

    У першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретичні засади системи планування на підприємстві, розкрито сутність планування, його основні принципи, завдання та методи оцінки ефективності. Розглянуто інформаційні ресурси й нормативну базу, а також світовий досвід планування розвитку підприємств. У другому розділі проведено аналіз ефективності системи планування розвитку ТОВ «Кропивницький хліб». Представлено організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства, оцінено його фінансову стійкість, досліджено сучасний стан системи планування на підприємстві. Також виконано оцінку ефективності діючої системи планування, визначено основні проблеми та недоліки в її функціонуванні. У третьому розділі запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності системи планування розвитку ТОВ «Кропивницький хліб». Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення системи планування, розроблено систему оптимізаційних планових розрахунків для освоєння виробництва нової продукції. Проведено оцінку економічного ефекту від впровадження запропонованих заходів. The first section of the paper investigates the theoretical foundations of the enterprise planning system, reveals the essence of planning, its basic principles, tasks and methods of efficiency assessment. The information resources and regulatory framework, as well as the world experience in planning the development of enterprises are considered. The second section analyzes the effectiveness of the development planning system of “Kropyvnytskyi Khlib” LLC. The organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are presented, its financial stability is assessed, and the current state of the planning system at the enterprise is studied. The efficiency of the current planning system is also assessed, the main problems and shortcomings in its functioning are identified. The third section suggests ways to improve the efficiency of the planning system for the development of “Kropyvnytskyi Khlib” LLC. The directions of improvement of the planning system are substantiated, a system of optimization planning calculations for mastering the production of new products is developed. The economic effect of the proposed measures is estimated.

    Підвищення прибутковості діяльності підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «С ЄНД ДОВЕРСІС», м. Київ)

    У першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретичні основи формування та управління прибутком. Проаналізовано сутність поняття «прибуток». Визначено функції прибутку та проведена його класифікація. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану підприємства. Надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «С ЄНД ДОВЕРСІС. Здійснено SWOT- аналіз діяльності підприємства та аналіз ймовірності банкрутства. У третьому розділі розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення прибутковості діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано бізнес-план продажу окремих лікарських препаратів та проведено розрахунок економічної ефективності від його впровадження. The first chapter of the work examines the theoretical foundations of profit formation and management. The essence of the concept of "profit" is analyzed. Profit functions were defined and its classification was carried out. In the second section of the work, an analysis of the financial and economic state of the enterprise was carried out. The general organizational and economic characteristics are given LLC "S YEND DOVERSIS. A SWOT analysis of the company's activity and an analysis of the probability of bankruptcy were carried out. In the third chapter, scientific and practical recommendations for increasing the profitability of the enterprise have been developed. A business plan for the sale of certain medicines was proposed and the economic efficiency of its implementation was calculated.
