    Комплексна діагностика фінансового стану підприємства у кризових умовах на прикладі ФГ «Гончаров» с. Обертасово, Компаніївський р-н, Кіровоградська обл)

    У першому розділі роботи визначено роль економічної діагностики у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств та антикризовому управлінні суб’єктами господарювання. Визначено завдання, напрями та індикатори побудови якісної системи комплексної діагностики фінансового стану підприємства, а також подано чітке визначення поняттю «комплексна діагностика фінансового стану» для аграрної сфери. Наведено основні індикатори для здвйснення комплексної діагностики фінансового стану. В другому розділі роботи проаналізовано систему управління фермерського господарства, проведено оцінку зовнішнього та внутрвшнього середовища діяльності та досліджено фінансовий стан господарства. Третій розділ роботи розкриває концепцію удосконалення системи комплексної діагностики фінансового стану фермерського господарства, зокрема, обгрунтовано управлінські рішення щодо покращення фінансового стану фермерського господарства. The first section of the paper defines the role of economic diagnostics in ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises and crisis management of business entities. The tasks, directions and indicators for building a high-quality system of comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition of an enterprise are defined, and a clear definition of the concept of "comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition" for the agricultural sector is provided. The main indicators for the implementation of comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition are presented. The second section of the paper analyzes the management system of the farm, assesses the external and internal environment of the farm and studies the financial condition of the farm. The third section of the paper reveals the concept of improving the system of comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition of the farm, in particular, the management decisions to improve the financial condition of the farm are substantiated.

    Обгрунтування ефективності використання ресурсів в бізнесі (на прикладі ФГ «Чайка» с. Верблюжка Новгородківського району, Кіровоградської області)

    У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, визначено мету, об’єкт, і предмет дослідження. В першому розділі розглянуті теоретико-методологічні основи формування ресурсів підприємства, досліджено сутність і класифікацію ресурсів. В другому розділі приведені загальна організаційна характеристика фермерського господарства «Чайка», оцінка ефективності використання ресурсів та виробничого потенціалу підприємства, визначено, що підприємство розвивається. В третьому розділі запропоновані напрями покращення ефективності використання ресурсів, зокрема проект бізнес-плану по впровадженню тепличного господарства та системи знижок для споживачів на зелень. Запровадження заходів дасть можливість ФГ «Чайка покращити ефективність використання ресурсів. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the purpose, object, and subject of the study are determined. In the first section, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of enterprise resources are considered, the essence and classification of resources are investigated. The second section presents the general organizational characteristics of the farm "Chaika," an assessment of the efficiency of resource use and production potential of the enterprise, it is determined that the enterprise is developing. The third section proposes directions for improving the efficiency of resource use, in particular, a draft business plan for the implementation of greenhouse management and a system of discounts for consumers on greens. The introduction of measures will enable FG "Chaika" to improve the efficiency of resource use.
