Проаналізовано поняття «державна підтримка», її принципи, складові механізму державної підтримки підприємництва. Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід підтримки бізнесу з боку держави. В другому розділі проаналізована діяльність Регіонального фонду підтримки підприємництва у Кіровоградській області, оцінено програми та заходи, що реалізовані фондом для підтримки підприємництва. Проаналізовано стан державної підтримки в Україні. В третьому розділі обґрунтовані заходи, щодо впровадження зарубіжного досвіду державної підтримки підприємництва. Розглянуто перспективи формування регіональних програм підтримки підприємництва в Кіровоградській області. The first section of the work examined the theoretical foundations of the mechanism of state support for business development. The concept of “state support”, its principles, and components of the mechanism of state support for entrepreneurship were analyzed. Foreign experience of business support from the state was considered. The second section analyzed the activities of the regional entrepreneurship support fund in the Kirovohrad region, evaluated the programs and measures implemented by the entrepreneurship support fund. The state of state support in Ukraine was analyzed. The third section substantiated measures to implement foreign experience in supporting state entrepreneurship. The prospects for the formation of regional programs to support entrepreneurship in the Kirovohrad region are considered.Item Фінансове забезпечення розвитку територіальних громад в Україні(ЦНТУ, 2024-01) Марухніч. Аліна Віталіївна; Marukhnich, AlinaУ роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні основи фінансового забезпечення територіальних громад. Поглиблено сутність понять фінансова спроможність територіальної громади та фінансове забезпечення територіальної громади, охарактеризовано елементи системи фінансового забезпечення територіальних громад. Досліджено сутність та принципи фінансування розвитку територіальних громад. Здійснено оцінку сучасної практики фінансового забезпечення об’єднаних територіальних громад в Україні. Проаналізовано динаміку обсягів та структури доходної та видаткової частин бюджетів територіальних громад, а також розподіл коштів державної фінансової підтримки на розвиток різних їх сфер. Визначено тенденції та проблеми фінансування розвитку Первозванівської об’єднаної територіальної громади Кропивницького району Кіровоградської області. Запропоновано основні напрямки підвищення фінансової спроможності територіальних громад. Розроблено практичні рекомендації стосовно формування привабливого інвестиційного іміджу громади та залучення інвесторів, створення Центру навчально-інформаційної підтримки службовців територіальних громад, розширення напрямків залучення фінансових ресурсів та впровадження новітніх фінансових інструментів, заснованих на використанні інформаційних технологій. The theoretical and methodical foundations of financial provision of territorial communities were investigated in this work. The essence of the following concepts: the financial capacity of a territorial community and the financial support of a territorial community was deepened, the elements of the financial system of territorial communities were described. The essence and principles of financing of the development of territorial communities were investigated. The current practice of financial support of joint territorial communities in Ukraine was evaluated. The dynamics of the volume and structure of the revenue and expenditure parts of the budgets of territorial communities as well as the distribution of state financial support for the development of their various spheres were analyzed. The tendencies and problems of financing of development of the Pervozvanivska joint territorial community of Kropyvnytskyi district of Kirovohrad region were determined. The main directions of increasing the financial capacity of territorial communities were proposed. The practical recommendations regarding the formation of an attractive investment image of the community and the attraction of investors, the creation of a Center for educational and informational support for employees of territorial communities, the expansion of directions for attracting financial resources and the introduction of the latest financial tools based on the use of information technologies were developed.
