Розглянуто розвиток та особливості функціонування онлайн-сервісів у бібліотеках, проаналізовано електронні форми інформаційних ресурсів бібліотечних установ, схарактеризовано сервісні web-послуги сучасної бібліотеки. Здійснено SWOT-аналіз електронних сервісів вітчизняних бібліотек, визначено проблемні аспекти розвитку електронних сервісів у бібліотечній справі. Накреслено перспективи розвитку онлайн-сервісів у бібліотеках в умовах цифровізації. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of the functioning of electronic services in library affairs. The development and peculiarities of the functioning of online services in libraries are considered, the electronic forms of information resources of library institutions are analyzed, and the web services of a modern library are characterized. A SWOT analysis of electronic services of domestic libraries was carried out, problematic aspects of the development of electronic services in librarianship were identified. Уможливлення оперативності в отриманні необхідної інформації та її доступності для отримання стало характерною ознакою нинішньої доби і спричинило потребу кардинальних змін у сфері діяльності інформаційних установ. Усі масиви інформації, що зберігаються у фондах архівних, бібліотечних, музейних установ, зазнають необхідної трансформації шляхом інтенсивного застосування програм оцифровування наявних інформаційних ресурсів. The spread of globalisation processes to all spheres of human activity has provided a constantly active opportunity to access various information sources, which has led to the emergence of the concepts of information society and knowledge society. The ability to obtain the necessary information quickly and easily has become a characteristic feature of the present era and has led to the need for fundamental changes in the activities of information institutions. All the arrays of information stored in the collections of archival, library, and museum institutions are undergoing the necessary transformation through the intensive use of digitisation programmes for existing information resources.Item Дослідження та програмна реалізація системи стеганографічного захисту інформаційних ресурсів(ЦНТУ, 2021-12-24) Смірнов, Олексій Анатолійович; Smirnov, OleksiyВ даній випускній кваліфікаційній роботі за другим (магістерським) рівнем вищої освіти розроблено програмне забезпечення, яке призначено для системи стеганографічного захисту інформаційних ресурсів. Метою розробки є дослідження та програмна реалізація системи стеганографічного захисту інформаційних ресурсів. Об’єктом дослідження є процес стеганографічного захисту інформаційних ресурсів. Предметом дослідження є методи стеганографічного захисту інформаційних ресурсів. Методи дослідження базуються на методах теорії захисту інформації, методах математичної статистики, методах розробки програмного забезпечення. Результат роботи – програмна реалізація системи стеганографічного захисту інформаційних ресурсів. В процесі роботи над програмною моделлю виконано аналіз існуючих апаратних та програмних засобів. В повній мірі описані всі компоненти розробленого програмного забезпечення. Розроблено зручний інтерфейс користувача. Наведені інструкції по роботі з програмними засобами. Програма може використовуватися на ПЕОМ архітектури IBM PC з ОС Windows ХР/Vista/7/8/10. Програму розроблено в середовищі Delphi 10.4 Sydney. In this final qualification work on the second (master's) level of higher education the software which is intended for system of steganographic protection of information resources is developed. The purpose of development is research and software implementation of the system of steganographic protection of information resources. The object of research is the process of steganographic protection of information resources. The subject of research is the methods of steganographic protection of information resources. Research methods are based on methods of information security theory, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of software development. The result is the software implementation of the system of steganographic protection of information resources. In the process of working on the software model, an analysis of existing hardware and software was performed. All components of the developed software are fully described. Developed user-friendly interface. Instructions for working with software are given. The program can be used on an IBM PC with Windows XP / Vista / 7/8/10. При цьому пошук інноваційних підходів до організації та забезпечення діяльності бібліотек має відповідати загальним тенденціям процесу інформатизації суспільства. Рекомендації, сформульовані у дослідженні, мають практичне значення для вдосконалення роботи Лозуватської центральної бібліотеки. In this qualifying bachelor's thesis developed and implemented modern forms and methods of providing services by libraries in order to form the information culture of users, increase the level of their information and communication competence. At the same time, the search for innovative approaches to the organization and operation of libraries should meet the general trends of the process of informatization of society. The recommendations formulated in the study are of practical importance for improving the work of the Lozuvat Central Library.
