Досліджено ризики інноваційної діяльності та економічні виклики підприємства, що виявило зміни у фінансових показниках та скорочення персоналу. Розроблено інноваційну стратегію та рекомендації для відновлення конструкторського бюро, враховуючи потреби у фінансуванні та підтримки владних та громадських ініціативам. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до вирішення проблем ПП «Агрореммаш-Плюс» шляхом реалізації інноваційної стратегії з розрахунку на збереження економічної безпеки та здатність підприємства чинити опір факторам впливу зі сторони зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. The qualification work examines the relationship between innovative management and economic security on the example of PE «Agroremmash-Plus». The risks of innovative activity and economic challenges of the enterprise were studied, which revealed changes in financial indicators and reduction of personnel. An innovative strategy and recommendations for the restoration of the design bureau were developed, taking into account the needs for financing and support for government and public initiatives. A comprehensive approach to solving the problems of PE «Agroremmash-Plus» is proposed through the implementation of an innovative strategy based on the preservation of economic security and the ability of the enterprise to resist factors of influence from the external and internal environment.
