    Оцінка ефективності співробітництва України та Румунії в умовах сучасних викликів

    У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовані теоретичні засади формування двосторонніх економічних відносин. Систематизовано положення теоретичних та емпіричних досліджень щодо впливу двосторонніх економічних відносин на економічний розвиток країн. Обґрунтовано методику оцінки впливу двостороннього співробітництва на економічне зростання країн-учасниць. Проаналізовано інституційні основи та політичні чинники поглиблення співробітництва України та Румунії. Визначено особливості динаміки та структури українсько-румунської торгівлі. Проаналізовано основні тенденції інвестиційного співробітництва України та Румунії. Оцінено залежність обсягів торгівлі між Україною та Румунією від виявлених порівняльних переваг країн. Визначено вплив двосторонньої торгівлі на економічне зростання України та Румунії. The thesis analyzed the theoretical foundations of the formation of bilateral economic relations. The provisions of theoretical and empirical research on the influence of bilateral economic relations on the economic development of countries are systematized. The method of assessing the impact of bilateral cooperation on the economic growth of the participating countries is substantiated. The institutional foundations and political factors of deepening cooperation between Ukraine and Romania are analyzed. The peculiarities of the dynamics and structure of Ukrainian-Romanian trade are determined. The main trends of investment cooperation between Ukraine and Romania are analyzed. The dependence of trade volumes between Ukraine and Romania on the identified comparative advantages of the countries was assessed. The impact of bilateral trade on the economic growth of Ukraine and Romania is determined.

    Найважливішою тенденцією сучасного глобального бібліотечного світу є активний розвиток бібліотечних комп'ютерних мереж, а також заснованих на їх основі компаній і асоціацій. Зарубіжні бібліотеки нині демонструють нові форми організації бібліотечного співробітництва на національному та транснаціональному рівнях. Розвиток міжнародного інформаційного співробітництва є об'єктивною закономірністю, яка відображає особливості соціально-економічного розвитку сучасного світу: інтеграцію, міжнародну спеціалізацію, кооперацію. The most important trend of the modern global library world is the active development of library computer networks, as well as companies and associations based on them. Foreign libraries are currently demonstrating new forms of organizing library cooperation at the national and transnational levels. The development of international information cooperation is an objective regularity that reflects the features of the socio-economic development of the modern world: integration, international specialization, cooperation.
