    Розробка заходів по впровадженню маркетингової стратегії (на прикладі ТОВ «Полімед-Сервіс» м. Кропивницький)

    У першому розділі розглянуто етапи розробки та реалізації маркетингової стратегії та досліджено стан поліграфічної галузі. У другому розділі здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності, маркетингового середовища ТОВ «Полімед-Сервіс», а також аналіз сильних та слабких сторін підприємства. Третій розділ висвітлює спроможність підприємства впровадити нову маркетингову стратегію, шляхи оптимізації маркетингової діяльності, а також економічне обґрунтування та бюджетування заходів з модернізації маркетингу. The first chapter deals with the stages of development and implementation of the marketing strategy and studies the state of the printing industry. The second chapter presents the analysis of the state of financial and economic activities, marketing environment of Polymed-Service LLC, as well as the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise. The third chapter highlights the ability of the enterprise to implement a new marketing strategy, ways to optimize marketing activities, as well as economic justification and budgeting of marketing modernization measures.

    Удосконалення механізму економічної безпеки підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Торговельний дім «Гідросила» м. Кропивницький)

    У першому розділі викладено узагальнено теоретичні основи системи забезпечення економічної безпеки як умови ефективного функціонування підприємства. У другому розділі висвітлено господарсько – правові засади підприємства, його характеристику, проведено аналіз фінансово – економічного стану, а також проаналізовано узагальнюючі та диференційовані показники ефективності діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. У третьому розділі визначено напрями формування системи забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Запропоновано алгоритм управління ризиками як складової системи забезпечення економічної безпеки з метою ефективного функціонування підприємства. Удосконалено механізм економічної безпеки підприємства. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical foundations of the economic security system as a condition for the effective functioning of the enterprise. In the second section, the economic and legal foundations of the enterprise, its characteristics, an analysis of the financial and economic condition, and general and differentiated performance indicators of the enterprise under study are analyzed. In the third section, directions for the formation of the system for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are defined. A risk management algorithm is proposed as a component of the system of ensuring economic security for the purpose of effective functioning of the enterprise. The mechanism of economic security of the enterprise has been improved.
