    Стратегічне управління системою забезпечення економічної безпеки

    Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження стратегічного управління системою забезпечення економічної безпеки на підприємстві ПрАТ "Кіровоградобленерго" та обґрунтування напрямів його удосконалення. Предметом дослідження є стан стратегічного управління на підприємстві. Об’єктом дослідження роботи є система забезпечення стратегічного управління економічною безпекою на підприємстві ПрАТ "Кіровоградобленерго". У розвиток зазначеної мети в роботі були поставлені такі завдання: – обгрунтувати сутність стратегічного управління економічною безпекою на підприємстві; – дослідити стабільність фінансового стану господарюючого суб’єкта у довгостроковій перспективі в умовах змін зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовищ; – дослідити особливості організації системи забезпечення стратегічного управління економічною безпекою; – визначити напрями підвищення ефективності стратегічного управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Науковою новизною в роботі є: сформульовані пропозиції щодо удосконалення стратегічного управління системою економічної безпеки на підприємстві, зокрема, запропоновані визначення чітких стратегічних пріоритетів для підприємства у зовнішньому середовищі, а також наведені пропозиції щодо поліпшення інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення процесу стратегічного управління на підприємстві. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the strategic management of the economic security system at the enterprise of PJSC "Kirovogradoblenergo" and to substantiate the directions of its improvement. The subject of the study is the state of strategic management at the enterprise. The object of the study is the system of ensuring strategic management of economic security at the enterprise PJSC "Kirovogradoblenergo". In furtherance of this goal, the following tasks have been set: - to substantiate the essence of strategic management of economic security at an enterprise; - to study the stability of the financial condition of an economic entity in the long term in the face of changes in the external and internal environment; - to study the peculiarities of organizing the system of ensuring strategic management of economic security; - to determine the directions for improving the efficiency of strategic management of economic security of an enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work is: proposals for improving the strategic management of the economic security system at an enterprise are formulated, in particular, the definition of clear strategic priorities for the enterprise in the external environment is proposed, and recommendations for improving the information and analytical support of the strategic management process at the enterprise are presented.

    Дослідження та програмна реалізація системи кібербезпеки для охоронної системи

    В даній магістерській роботі розроблено програмне забезпечення, яке призначено для охоронної системи об’єкта з впровадженням підсистеми кібербезпеки для захисту системи від зовнішніх впливів. Метою розробки є програмне забезпечення системи кібербезпеки охоронної системи. Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення управлінням насосної станції. Предметом дослідження є методи забезпечення управління охоронними системами з впровадженням підсистем кібербезпеки. Методи дослідження базуються на методах теорії кодування, методах математичної статистики, методах розробки програмного забезпечення. Результат роботи – програмна реалізація охоронної системи з підсистемою кібербезпеки. В процесі роботи над програмною моделлю виконано аналіз існуючих апаратних та програмних засобів. В повній мірі описані всі компоненти розробленого програмного забезпечення. Розроблено зручний інтерфейс користувача. Наведені інструкції по роботі з програмними засобами. Програма може використовуватися на ПЕОМ архітектури IBM PC з ОС Windows ХР/Vista/7/8/10. Програму розроблено в середовищі С++ та PHP. In this master's thesis, software is developed that is designed for the security system of the object with the introduction of a cybersecurity subsystem to protect the system from external influences. The purpose of the development is the software of the cybersecurity system. The object of research is the process of providing control of the pumping station. The subject of the research is the methods of ensuring the management of security systems with the introduction of cybersecurity subsystems. Research methods are based on the methods of coding theory, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of software development. The result is a software implementation of a security system with a cybersecurity subsystem. In the process of working on the software model, an analysis of existing hardware and software was performed. All components of the developed software are fully described. Developed user-friendly interface. Instructions for working with software are given. The program can be used on an IBM PC PC with Windows XP / Vista / 7/8/10. The program is developed in C ++ and PHP.
