З'ясовано, що функціонування логістичної системи управління підприємством вимагає якісного інформаційного забезпечення, оскільки процес управління є послідовність актів прийняття рішень. Враховується досвід зарубіжних провідних підприємств, фірм, компаній, відносно проєктування і стадій розвитку, а також методології впровадження на них модельних логістичних систем. Розглянуто рух матеріальних інформаційних потоків в системі логістичного управління на транспортно-виробничому підприємстві. Виділено сім управлінських функцій та з'ясовано їх зміст, типи систем та програмні продукти. Виявлено негативні та позитивні моменти в діяльності підприємств. З'ясовано адекватність формування інформаційних потоків на транспортному і виробничому підприємстві. Розглянуто типову декомпозицію структури інформаційної системи логістики і сформовані принципи (ефекти) побудови та визначені основні показники. Побудовано організаційну структуру з підсистемами: управління процедурами замовлення; наукові дослідження і зв'язки; підтримка логістичних рішень; генерування вихідних форм і заходів на виділеній системі операцій; побудована функціональна структура логістичної інформаційної системи. З'ясовано питання ролі і призначення інформації в ієрархії логістичних операцій. Запропоновані принципи організації логістичної інформації. Запропоноване удосконалена структура логістичної інформаційної системи на підприємстві та схема руху потоків. The article examines the formation of information and the construction of a logistic information system for effective management of transport and production enterprises on this basis. It was found that the functioning of the logistics management system of the enterprise requires high-quality information support, since the management process is a sequence of decision-making acts. The experience of leading foreign enterprises, firms, companies, in terms of design and stages of development, as well as the methodology of implementing model logistics systems on them, is taken into account. The movement of material information flows in the logistics management system at the transport and production enterprise is considered. Seven management functions are identified and their content, types of systems and software products are clarified. Negative and positive points in the activities of enterprises were identified. The adequacy of the formation of information flows at the transport and production enterprise has been clarified. A typical decomposition of the structure of the logistics information system was considered and the building principles (effects) were formed and the main indicators were determined. An organizational structure was built with subsystems: management of order procedures; scientific research and connections; support of logistics solutions; generation of output forms and measures on the dedicated system of operations; the functional structure of the logistics information system is built. The issue of the role and purpose of information in the hierarchy of logistics operations has been clarified. Proposed principles of logistics information organization. The proposed improved structure of the logistics information system at the enterprise and flow chart.Item Дослідження впливу змінного електромагнітного поля на трибологічні властивості моторних олив(ЦНТУ, 2024) Гупка, А. Систематизовано фактори які вливають на появу задирів на робочих поверхнях деталей трибоспряжень, характер їх зношування. Запропонована конструкція оливозакачуючого пристрою для обробки моторних олив змінним електромагнітним полем з метою покращення їх експлуатаційних властивостей. Проведено комплекс досліджень по впливу змінного електромагнітного поля на в’язкісно- температурні характеристики моторних олив. A set of studies was conducted on the influence of mechanical, thermal and electromagnetic factors under the action of the variable electromagnetic field of the oil pumping device on the properties of M-6В3 motor oils; M-10Г; M-10Г2. The research was carried out on a special stand, which allows to simulate the operating conditions of the oil injection device on the car engine during the start-up period. The evaluation of the efficiency of the oil pumping device was determined by the volume and effective coefficients of the useful action. In the process of research, oils (fresh and used) that were exposed to an alternating electromagnetic field and oils that were not exposed to the corresponding influence were compared according to the main physicochemical properties: kinematic viscosity at temperatures of 373, 323, 293, 273 and 258 K; solidification temperature of oil, K; viscosity index; ash content, %; the content of refractory mechanical impurities, %; iron content, %. The results were obtained on the effect of an alternating electromagnetic field on the viscositytemperature parameters of fresh M-6В3 oils; M-10Г; M-10Г2. In the temperature range of 293...323 K, a decrease in the viscosity of the studied oils was observed. An increase in temperature eliminates the difference between processed and unprocessed oils.Item Дослідження захисних елементів технологічного устаткування та обладнання на автотранспортних підприємствах(ЦНТУ, 2023) Гевко, Ів. Захисні елементи якими обладнано технологічне устаткування для ремонту на автотранспортних підприємствах є важливою запорукою показників надійності використання та довговічності такого обладнання. Саме такими елементами в даній статті є захисні муфти, які широко використовуються в устаткуванні. В даній статті проведено огляд використання та описано принцип роботи та конструкцію захисних муфт з підвищеними показниками надійності та точності спрацювання. Protective equipment is used in any equipment of motor vehicle enterprises, both to protect the equipment itself to reduce damage and for the worker. The protective elements of the equipment must provide high indicators of reliability and accuracy, therefore the purpose of this article is to conduct a study of these protective elements to improve their efficiency and reliability of operation when used on the equipment of motor vehicle enterprises.Item Теоретико-методичні засади підвищення ефективності використання парку машин в регіональних транспортних системах та підприємствах на основі лізингових відносин(ЦНТУ, 2023) Аулін, В. О.; Aulin, V.; Liashuk, O.; Hrinkiv, А.; Lysenko, S.; Hud, V.; Teslia, V.В даній роботі розглядається проблема технічної та економічної ефективності придбання нових транспортних машин автотранспортними підприємствами регіону купівлею та за допомогою лізингових відносин з метою підвищення їх продуктивності і працездатності. Показано, що є необхідність у створенні теоретико-методичних засад лізингу транспортних машин, як одного із способів переоснащення системи машин в регіонах України та підвищення ефективності їх використання на основі лізингових відносин. Обґрунтовано, що при розробці засад доцільно базуватися на системі підвищення технічного стану машин відповідною стратегією їх технічного обслуговування і ремонту. Побудовано структурну схему системи транспортних машин регіону та автотранспортних підприємств, які мають модульну структуру рухомого складу. This work examines the problem of technical and economic efficiency of purchasing new transport vehicles by motor vehicle enterprises of the region by purchase and with the help of leasing relations in order to increase their productivity and efficiency. It is shown that there is a need to create the theoretical and methodological foundations of the leasing of transport vehicles, as one of the ways to re-equip the system of vehicles in the regions of Ukraine and increase the efficiency of their use on the basis of leasing relations. It is substantiated that when developing the foundations, it is expedient to base the system on improving the technical condition of machines with the appropriate strategy of their maintenance and repair. A structural diagram of the system of transport vehicles of the region and motor transport enterprises, which have a modular structure of rolling stock, was built. The main tasks in the development of issues of new leasing relations are outlined. When determining the number of leasing objects, the matrix of the system of technical effects of operations was used, according to the strategy of maintenance and repair of transport vehicles. When creating the theoretical and methodological foundations of the technical and economic efficiency of leasing, the costs for the implementation of maintenance and repair operations of transport vehicles were considered. It is noted that when leasing, it is important to assess the technical condition of transport vehicles by diagnosing them. The work defines the conditions under which it is expedient to develop leasing relations and when motor vehicle enterprises simply buy new vehicles. The sequence of the assessment of the corresponding costs is shown.Item Синтез гвинтових конвеєрів з можливостями технологічного перетворення і мобільної зміни траєкторії перевантаження матеріалів(ЦНТУ, 2019) Гевко, Ів. Б.; Hevko, I.; Hud, V.При проведенні морфологічного синтезу визначено відповідну кількість складових елементів конструкцій конвеєрів та зв’язків між ними, які визначають їх певні конструктивні ознаки. На основні виконаного аналізу складено морфологічну матрицю з морфологічними ознаками елементів генерованих конструкцій гвинтових конвеєрів. Згенеровано значну кількість працездатних конструкцій гвинтових конвеєрів з окремими типами функціональних операцій чи призначенням. Також розроблено класифікацію гвинтових конвеєрів з можливостями технологічного перетворення і мобільної зміни траєкторії перевантаження матеріалів. При проведении морфологического синтеза определено соответствующее количество составляющих элементов конструкций конвейеров и связей между ними, которые определяют их определенные конструктивные признаки. На основные выполненного анализа составлено морфологическую матрицу с морфологическими признаками элементов генерируемых конструкций винтовых конвейеров. Создано значительное количество трудоспособных конструкций винтовых конвейеров с отдельными типами функциональных операций или назначений. Также разработана классификация винтовых конвейеров с возможностями технологического преобразования и мобильного изменения траектории перегрузки материалов. The purpose of the article is to carry out the synthesis by the method of hierarchical grouping by means of morphological analysis of screw conveyors with the possibilities of technological transformation and mobile change of the trajectory of material overload. The appropriate number of constituent elements of the conveyor structures and the relationships between them that determine their particular design features are determined. The basic analysis is based on a morphological matrix with the morphological features of the elements of the generated constructions of the screw conveyors and the connections between them. A considerable number of functional screw conveyor structures with separate types of functional operations or purpose, which are multifunctional and efficient compared to traditional screw conveyors, have been developed and investigated. The classification of screw conveyors with the possibility of technological transformation and mobile change of the trajectory of material overload is also developed. Structural synthesis of screw conveyors with the possibilities of technological transformation and mobile change of the trajectory of material overload by structural hierarchical grouping was performed by means of morphological analysis and a certain number of their variants was generated according to 9 types. It is also determined that individual technological operations or functional features, which are inherent in screw conveyors with the possibility of technological transformation and mobile trajectory change, can be combined into one design, which will allow to obtain multifunctional designs of conveyors.
