Д.; Abramov, D.; Teslia, V.; Gupka, A.; Sipravska, M.Досліджено вплив параметрів якості палива та технічного стану автомобіля в умовах експлуатації на стан двигуна та трансмісії. Виявлено, що ці фактори мають критичне значення під час маневру обгону, де недостатня потужність може вплинути на безпечність виконання даного процесу. Для боротьби з цими проблемами пропонується використовувати інтеґральний коефіцієнт урахування технічного стану автомобіля та якості палива, який враховує різницю між новим, справним та автомобілем у поточному технічному стані. Запропонований коефіцієнт дасть можливість підвищити точність прогнозування потенційного прискорення автомобіля бортовою системою. In this article, the importance of the interaction between fuel quality and the technical condition of the vehicle is examined to determine its dynamic characteristics and road safety. The research is based on the analysis of the impact of these factors on the vehicle during operation and maneuver execution, especially during overtaking maneuvers where having sufficient engine power reserve to achieve the required level of acceleration is crucial.Item Способи підвищення показників дизелів тракторів і автомобілів в умовах рядової експлуатації(ЦНТУ, 2023) Пугач, А. О.; Pugach, А.; Aulin, V.; Melnychenko, V.; Derkach, O.; Teslia, V.Наводяться результати порівняльного аналізу способів підвищення показників дизелів тракторів і автомобілів вітчизняного і зарубіжного виробництва, які знаходяться в умовах рядової експлуатації підприємств України різної форми власності. Проаналізовано зміни показників паливної економічності та екологічні показники дизелів тракторів і машинно-тракторних агрегатів. В якості прикладу розглянуто роботу паливного насосу високого тиску НД-22/6Б4, дизеля СМД-62 і трактора Т-150К. Дослідження та спостереження за технікою проводили протягом тривалого періоду. Наведено історичний аспект розвитку даної тематики щоб показати динаміку й зосередити увагу на більш ефективних способах підвищення показників тракторів і автомобілів в рядової умовах експлуатації й їх застосування. Розглянуто зазначені питання про аналізи конструкції іфункціонуванні сучасних тракторів іноземного виробництва. It has been established that when the diesel engine is overloaded, the smokiness of the exhaust gases increases. This indicator is affected by the configuration of the unit, incorrectly selected operating mode, existing violations in the regulation and operation of the fuel equipment.Item Дослідження напружено-деформованого стану дна кузова напівпричіпа вантажного автомобіля в залежності від розміщення перемичок(ЦНТУ, 2023) Гевко, Ів. Д.; Hevko, I.; Pyndus, Yu.; Levkovich, M.; Teslia, V.; Gupka, А.; Sipravska, M.За допомогою методу напруження-деформації було проведено комплексне дослідження кузовів вантажних напівпричепів, що призвело до розробки інноваційних інженерних рішень, спрямованих на підвищення їх техніко-економічних показників. Це було досягнуто шляхом аналізу впливу різних факторів на особливості будови та конструкції. Результати дослідження були отримані на основі напружено-деформованого стану (НДС) з використанням передових методів інженерного аналізу, зокрема із застосуванням спеціалізованого програмного комплексу SolidWorks на CAD-моделі, що представляє кузов напівпричепа вантажівки. The purpose of this article is to study the influence of the geometric parameters of the elements of the bottom of the body of a truck semi-trailer on its stress-strain state. To solve this problem, a combination of analytical, numerical and experimental methods is used to investigate the stress-strain state of the structure in car bodies. With help of the stress-strain method, a comprehensive study of the bodies of cargo semi-trailers was carried out, which led to the development of innovative engineering solutions aimed at increasing their technical and economic indicators. This was achieved by analyzing the influence of various factors on the structure and design features. The research results were obtained on the basis of the stress-strain state (SST) using advanced methods of engineering analysis, in particular, using the specialized SolidWorks software complex on a CAD model representing the body of a semi-trailer truck. The results obtained after conducting these studies serve as the basis for making engineering decisions aimed at improving the design of the truck body.Item Теоретико-методичні засади підвищення ефективності використання парку машин в регіональних транспортних системах та підприємствах на основі лізингових відносин(ЦНТУ, 2023) Аулін, В. О.; Aulin, V.; Liashuk, O.; Hrinkiv, А.; Lysenko, S.; Hud, V.; Teslia, V.В даній роботі розглядається проблема технічної та економічної ефективності придбання нових транспортних машин автотранспортними підприємствами регіону купівлею та за допомогою лізингових відносин з метою підвищення їх продуктивності і працездатності. Показано, що є необхідність у створенні теоретико-методичних засад лізингу транспортних машин, як одного із способів переоснащення системи машин в регіонах України та підвищення ефективності їх використання на основі лізингових відносин. Обґрунтовано, що при розробці засад доцільно базуватися на системі підвищення технічного стану машин відповідною стратегією їх технічного обслуговування і ремонту. Побудовано структурну схему системи транспортних машин регіону та автотранспортних підприємств, які мають модульну структуру рухомого складу. This work examines the problem of technical and economic efficiency of purchasing new transport vehicles by motor vehicle enterprises of the region by purchase and with the help of leasing relations in order to increase their productivity and efficiency. It is shown that there is a need to create the theoretical and methodological foundations of the leasing of transport vehicles, as one of the ways to re-equip the system of vehicles in the regions of Ukraine and increase the efficiency of their use on the basis of leasing relations. It is substantiated that when developing the foundations, it is expedient to base the system on improving the technical condition of machines with the appropriate strategy of their maintenance and repair. A structural diagram of the system of transport vehicles of the region and motor transport enterprises, which have a modular structure of rolling stock, was built. The main tasks in the development of issues of new leasing relations are outlined. When determining the number of leasing objects, the matrix of the system of technical effects of operations was used, according to the strategy of maintenance and repair of transport vehicles. When creating the theoretical and methodological foundations of the technical and economic efficiency of leasing, the costs for the implementation of maintenance and repair operations of transport vehicles were considered. It is noted that when leasing, it is important to assess the technical condition of transport vehicles by diagnosing them. The work defines the conditions under which it is expedient to develop leasing relations and when motor vehicle enterprises simply buy new vehicles. The sequence of the assessment of the corresponding costs is shown.Item Структурний синтез кузова напівпричепа вантажного автомобіля з техніко-економічним обґрунтуванням(ЦНТУ, 2022) Гевко, Ів. О.; Hevko, I.; Rohatynsky, R.; Lyashuk, O.; Levkovich, M.; Teslia, V.У результаті проведеного синтезу кузовів напівпричепів вантажних автомобілів методом морфологічного аналізу з використанням ієрархічного групування отримано прогресивні інженерні рішення по створенню конструкцій з покращеними техніко-економічними характеристиками шляхом аналізу впливу різних факторів на конструктивні особливості. Дані дослідження базуються на основі напружено – деформованому стані (НДС) інженерного аналізу Simulation спеціалізованого програмного комплексу SolidWorks на CAD - моделі кузова напівпричепа вантажного автомобіля. The purpose of the work is to synthesize the bodies of truck semi-trailers by the method of morphological analysis using hierarchical grouping to obtain structures with improved technical and economic characteristics. As a result of the synthesis of truck semi-trailer bodies by morphological analysis using hierarchical grouping and advanced engineering solutions for creating structures with improved technical and economic characteristics by analyzing the influence of various factors on design features. The data of the research are based on the stress - strain state (VAT) of the Simulation engineering analysis of the specialized software complex SolidWorks on the CAD model of the body of the truck semi - trailer. As a result of the conducted research, it was established that the amount of cost savings due to the improvement of the construction of semi-trailer bodies of trucks with standard body dimensions of 2.5×8×1.8 (36 m3) will be approximately UAH 304.5 thousand.
