В.; Aulin V.; Kulova, D.; Hrinkiv, A.; Lysenko S.У статті проведено ідентифікацію та оцінювання ризиків, пов’язаних з перевезенням нафтопродуктів від нафтобаз до автозаправних станцій автомобільним транспортом. Розглянуто внутрішні фактори, зумовлені фізико-хімічними властивостями нафтопродуктів, такими як вогненебезпечність, вибухонебезпечність, випаровуваність та схильність до електризації, а також зовнішні фактори, включаючи механічні впливи, кліматичні умови, організаційні та технічні аспекти. За допомогою методу експертних оцінок визначено ймовірність виникнення ризиків і величину можливих наслідків, що дозволило встановити їх пріоритетність. Запропоновано рекомендації для зниження рівня ризиків, спрямовані на підвищення безпеки перевезень і схоронності нафтопродуктів. The article identifies and assesses risks associated with the transportation of petroleum products by road from oil depots to gas stations. The main external and internal factors affecting cargo safety have been determined, including the physicochemical properties of petroleum products such as flammability, explosiveness, volatility, and susceptibility to static electrification, as well as external factors, including mechanical impacts, climatic conditions, organizational, and technical aspects.Item Дослідження впливу конструктивної надійності і безпечності транспортного засобу для здійснення перевезень та пристосованості до технічного обслуговування(ЦНТУ, 2023) Хітров, І. After all, the health and safety of passengers or transported cargo, as well as the efficiency of vehicle operation, are key factors that are directly characterized by its design and technical condition.Item Моделювання процесу митної переробки вантажів при проходженні транспортних засобів через державний кордон України(ЦНТУ, 2023) Потаман, Н. В.; Орда, О. О.; Potaman, N.; Orda, O.В системах доставки вантажів у міжнародному сполученні все частіше застосовуються логістичні принципи роботи. При цьому важливу роль грає ефективна взаємодія усіх ланок логістичних ланцюгів, в число яких входить й процес митної переробки вантажів. Підвищення конкуренції на ринку вантажних міжнародних перевезень обумовило необхідність виділення процесу митної переробки вантажів у окрему ланку логістичного ланцюга доставки вантажів. Побудовано модель процесу митної переробки вантажів на основі теорії мереж Петрі. Developing a model of the customs cargo handling process that allows making sound technological, design, and management decisions, changing input parameters, and carrying out long-term planning based on information on the occupancy of control points, customs zones of the border customs office, customs teams, throughput capacity of checkpoints, technical means of customs control and communication, types of customs regimes, and standardisation of the duration of all components of customs cargo handling. To develop a model of the customs cargo processing process, it is advisable to use systems of parallel information processing and parallel operation of objects, which include, for example, modelling with the help of Petri nets. The model developed on the basis of Petri nets for describing the customs cargo handling process shows that, in addition to being clear and easy to use, it makes it possible to take into account various probabilistic factors. Having developed a mathematical model of customs processing of cargo when vehicles cross the state border, it can be concluded that along with technological operations (time for customs clearance at the internal customs, time for customs procedures at the checkpoint), there are non-productive operations - downtime (time for waiting for customs clearance at the internal customs, time for waiting for customs procedures at the checkpoint), which significantly affect the time of customs border crossing. The mathematical apparatus of Petri nets will allow to study the dynamics of the system under study and its behaviour under different initial conditions. It has been found that the number of customs control and customs clearance officers has the greatest impact on the time of customs processing of goods. By building a mathematical model based on Petri nets, an effect of 1.11% was achieved. As a result of applying the developed mathematical model of the customs cargo processing process, an effect of 42 minutes was obtained.Item Логістика доставки фармацевтичних препаратів(ЦНТУ, 2023) Сван, О. В.; Swan, О.; Popovych, D.; Tvardovsky, B.; Kucherenko, О.; Popovich, P.; Chorna, O.У статті досліджено логістику транспортування лікарських засобів, а також проведено дослідження сучасних даних та порівняння обсягів транспортування лікарських засобів в Україні з іншими країнами. Розглянуто обсяг перевезень, складську логістику та структуру собівартості логістичних послуг. Проаналізовано обсяги перевезень лікарських засобів за 2022 рік, описано сучасні методи та інноваційні технології перевезень у логістиці. Використання таких технологій дає змогу знизити логістичні витрати та підвищити ефективність логістичних процесів. The article examines the logistics of the transportation of pharmaceuticals, as well as the study of current data and a comparison of the volume of transportation of drugs in Ukraine with other countries. The volume of transportation, warehouse logistics and the cost structure of logistics services is considered. The volume of transportation of drugs for 2022 is analyzed, modern methods and innovative technologies are described transportation in logistics. The use of such technologies makes it possible to reduce logistics costs and increase the efficiency of logistics processes. Thus, the logistical justification of decisions in the field of road transport of medicines is an important element of the logistics system. When solving this problem, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of logistics in the field of pharmaceuticals, as well as apply innovative technologies and methods that ensure the efficient functioning of the supply and transportation chain. In addition, compared to Ukraine, European countries have a more developed logistics infrastructure that ensures fast and efficient delivery of medicines. For example, in 2022, the total length of highways in Germany was 231,000 km, in France - 1.057 million km, and in Poland - 422,000 km. Compared to these countries, the length of Ukrainian roads is only 169.6 thousand km, of which 28% are public roads. This leads to difficulties in transporting goods, including medicines, which can deteriorate during long-term delivery.Item Ергономічне забезпечення вимог до комфортності поїздки в міському автобусі великої місткості(ЦНТУ, 2023) Загорянський, В. Г.; Zahorianskyi, V.Забезпечення комфортності пасажирських перевезень у міському автобусі визначається дотриманням ергономічних вимог, що, в свою чергу, залежить від конструктивних особливостей облаштування площі, призначеної для пасажирів. Розглянуті ці питання стосовно до міських автобусів місткістю більше двадцяти двох пасажирів. Проаналізовані поняття місткості пасажирського автобуса, його комфортності, розглянуті ергономічні вимоги до параметрів комфортності автобусів, визначені основні чинники, які визначають комфортність автобусів великої місткості. The purpose of the paper is to is to analyze the main factors that determine the parameters of bus comfort when transporting passengers by large-capacity buses. Ensuring the comfort of passenger transportation in a city bus is determined by compliance with ergonomic requirements, which, in turn, depends on the design features of the space intended for passengers. The paper examines these questions in relation to single-deck single and articulated public buses with a capacity of more than twenty-two passengers, standing or sitting, except for the driver. From the point of view of the Ukrainian legislation and regulatory framework, the concepts of the capacity of a passenger bus, its comfort, the main factors that determine the comfort of large-capacity buses are analyzed. The scope of use of buses of different classes and categories according to the types of connections and the length of the routes is determined taking into account the features of the design of the buses regarding the comfort and safety of the transportation of passengers and luggage and ensuring proper travel conditions. The ergonomic requirements for the comfort parameters of buses, the procedure for determining their comfort class and the scope of their use by types of connections and traffic modes are also considered. It was found that the factors that determine the comfort of large-capacity buses include the design and location of the seats, climate control (operating while the engine is running), heating (operating while the engine is running), windows (glass tinting, sun protection equipment (curtains or curtains), individual lighting, a microphone and loudspeaker, the presence of a luggage compartment, the presence of sanitary equipment (toilets with water or chemical cleaning, wash basins), the presence of such amenities as a refrigerator, cafe bar, TV in the cabin, as well as the type of suspension (classic (mechanical) or pneumatic/ pneumomechanical).Item Застосування статистичних методів наукових досліджень при обстеженні пасажиропотоків міського автомобільного транспорту(ЦНТУ, 2022) Загорянський, В. Проаналізовані основні поняття теорії міських пасажирських перевезень та питання взаємодії міського пасажирського транспорту з містом, що обслуговується, на основі системних уявлень. Проведений аналіз основних чинників, які впливають на якість планування, контролю та регулювання руху пасажирського автомобільного транспорту в транспортних системах міст. Розглянуті також аспекти теорії міських транспортних систем та проектних розрахунків пасажирських перевезень автомобільного транспорту. The purpose of the paper is to propose scientific and methodological approaches to the generalization of passenger flow survey methods, the formation of the route transport network of the city, the calculation of the required type and number of rolling stock of passenger road transport, the formation of a list of preferential routes. The paper examines applied aspects of the application of the theory of urban passenger transportation in relation to transportation by means of passenger road transport of the city (PRTC). The main concepts of the theory of urban passenger transport and the issue of interaction between urban passenger transport and the city being served are analyzed on the basis of system concepts. An analysis of the main factors that affect the quality of planning, control and regulation of passenger road transport in the transport systems of cities has been carried out. Aspects of the theory of urban transport systems and design calculations of passenger transport by road are also considered. The research was carried out by the formation of new scientific and methodological approaches and scientific argumentation proposed on the basis of numerous works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of passenger transportation organization. Research method are mathematical statistics and modeling. The solution to the tasks of urban transport service is divided into two main complexes: the design of urban transport systems, and the organization of urban transport traffic. To form an optimal or rational route network, as well as to effectively use rolling stock and ensure a high level of passenger service, it is necessary to know the directions, sizes and degree of unevenness of passenger flows, the specific values of which are established during certain surveys. When surveying passenger flows, it is necessary to obtain reliable data in order to use them in solving problems of improving the quality of passenger service. But when choosing a survey method, it is necessary to take into account the complexity of the method and the costs of its implementation.Item Increasing the reliability of machines and the efficiency of their use in transportation processes in agro-industrial production using service logistics methods(ЦНТУ, 2022) Dyachenko, V.; Дяченко, В. О.The article considers the problem of increasing the reliability of machines and the efficiency of their use when transporting agricultural products. Increasing the reliability of machines at agro-industrial production enterprises is considered on the basis of improving the strategy of their technical maintenance and repair. At the same time, logistic service methods are used to provide the fleet of cars with the necessary spare parts. The theoretical justification of the formation of the composition of spare parts at the enterprise, its limitations and the supply system is given. It is noted that in the processes of providing the necessary spare parts, the logistics center takes control. The main factors affecting the efficiency of spare parts supply organization have been identified. On the basis of the cost function, optimal management based on logistic models is considered. Comparative analysis proved the advantage of the developed system of technical maintenance and repair along with the existing planned preventive system. This is, first of all, an increase in the probability of trouble-free operation and the availability ratio of KamAZ vehicles and mobile agricultural and mobile agricultural machinery of the John Deere family. В статті розглядається проблема підвищення надійності машин і ефективності їх використання при перевезенні сільськогосподарської продукції. Підвищення надійності машин на підприємствах агропромислового виробництва розглядається на основі удосконалення стратегії їх технічного обслуговування і ремонту. При цьому використовуються методи логістичного сервісу при забезпеченні парку машин необхідною комплектацією запасних частин. Дано теоретичне обґрунтування формування складу запасних частин на підприємстві, його обмеженість і система поставок. Зазначено, що в процесах забезпечення необхідними запасними частинами приймає логістичний центр управління. Виявлені основні фактори, що впливають на ефективність організації поставок запасних частин. На основі функції витрат розглядають оптимальне управління на основі логістичних моделей. Ці моделі дають оптимальне значення визначених факторів. На основі моделювання сервісної логістики розроблена удосконалена система технічного обслуговування і ремонту машин, яка дає можливість істотно підвищені показники надійності. Це підтверджено дослідженнями на експериментальних підприємствах агропромислового виробництва. Парк машин на цих підприємствах в основному, задіяні у процесах перевезень сільськогосподарської продукції. Порівняльним аналізом доведена перевага розробленої системи технічного обслуговування і ремонту поряд з діючою планово-запобіжною системою. Це передусім підвищення ймовірності безвідмовної роботи та коефіцієнта готовності автомобілів сімейства КамАЗ і мобільної сільськогосподарської і мобільної сільськогосподарської техніки сімейства John Deere.Item Аналіз існуючих такелажних засобів для переміщення, завантаження та розвантаження вантажу при транспортуванні(ЦНТУ, 2022) Йовченко, А. Transportation of heavy and large-sized structures is carried out using rigging means and specialized equipment, for example - rigging carts, without which many different types of industries will have problems with transporting heavy loads necessary for the proper execution of work. However, it is necessary to take into account that there are many types of rigging trolleys and it is very difficult to choose the most suitable one for the required requirements. This article analyze the existing rigging trolleys and their scope of application. The analysis of existing rigging means for transportation, loading and unloading of large and heavy cargo is performed. The factors that must be taken into account when choosing rigging carts to reduce injuries and increase the efficiency of cargo transportation. The requirements for efficient and safe transportation of cargo are given. In the near future the design of the rigging trolley will be designed and calculated, which will allow its production and ensure more efficient transportation of large and heavy cargo. Here are the factors that must be taken into account when choosing rigging trolleys. For efficient and safe transportation of goods, it is necessary to observe the rules of transportation. The current situation in the world economy is characterized by varying degrees of development of national economies and their openness to participate in international economic relations, the saturation of trade flows at different stages of cooperation between countries, increasing passenger flows, on the one hand, and insufficient economic development. base, a small number of modern studies of the methodological basis for the functioning of the transport and logistics complex in modern science, on the other hand, cause an objective need for mentioned places, the role and importance of transport services as an important economic category. The structural shifts that determine the movement of world production and international trade are largely determined by the transformations taking place in the world transport complex. No foreign trade operation can be imagined without the participation of transport, in any case, the goods must be delivered from seller to buyer. Transport service - a service for the performance of the contract of carriage of people and goods. In the implementation of foreign trade, road transport has certain advantages over other modes of transport: maneuverability, delivery of goods "door to door"; urgency and regularity of delivery; delivery can be organized according to the system "just in time" (exactly on time); packaging (required in smaller quantities or not required at all). This article examines the trends and prospects for the development of the international market of transport services. The question of the current state of the freight market is stated. The main problems of the international market of transport services are clarified. The factors influencing the further development of the market of transport services are determined.
