    Практика європейської інтеграції аграрної промисловості Польщі і напрямки її впровадження в Україні

    Робота присвячена дослідженню сутності Спільної аграрної політики (САП) Європейського Союзу та основних напрямів її реалізації в країнах-членах ЄС. У ній систематизовано методичні підходи до оцінки конкурентних позицій аграрного сектору країни на ринку ЄС, що є актуальним у контексті євроінтеграційних прагнень України. Автор детально проаналізував вплив інтеграції нових членів ЄС на конкурентоспроможність їхніх аграрних секторів на європейському ринку, зокрема розглянув досвід Польщі. Визначено особливості трансформацій, які відбулися в аграрному секторі Польщі після вступу до ЄС, включаючи напрями його подальшого розвитку. Розглянуто інструменти державної політики, які сприяли успішній адаптації польського аграрного сектору до вимог ЄС. У роботі проведено порівняльний аналіз конкурентних позицій аграрного сектору України та країн ЄС, що дозволило оцінити його сильні та слабкі сторони. Автор обґрунтував стратегічні пріоритети удосконалення державної аграрної політики України з урахуванням досвіду Польщі, що включають адаптацію інструментів підтримки, стимулювання модернізації аграрного виробництва та підвищення ефективності інтеграції у європейський ринок. Дослідження має важливе теоретичне і практичне значення. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для формування та реалізації державної політики у сфері розвитку аграрного сектору України, спрямованої на інтеграцію до європейського ринку. The work is dedicated to studying the essence of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union and the main directions of its implementation in EU member states. It systematizes methodological approaches to evaluating the competitive positions of a country's agricultural sector in the EU market, which is particularly relevant in the context of Ukraine's European integration aspirations. The author provides a detailed analysis of the impact of integrating new EU members on the competitiveness of their agricultural sectors in the European market, specifically examining Poland's experience. The study identifies the transformations that occurred in Poland's agricultural sector after joining the EU, including directions for its further development. It also explores the instruments of state policy that facilitated the successful adaptation of Poland's agricultural sector to EU requirements. The work includes a comparative analysis of the competitive positions of the agricultural sectors of Ukraine and EU countries, enabling the assessment of their strengths and weaknesses. The author substantiates strategic priorities for improving Ukraine's state agricultural policy, taking into account Poland's experience. These priorities include adapting support instruments, stimulating the modernization of agricultural production, and enhancing the efficiency of integration into the European market. The research holds significant theoretical and practical value. Its findings can be utilized in shaping and implementing state policies for the development of Ukraine's agricultural sector aimed at integration into the European market.

    У роботі визначено сутність прямих іноземних інвестицій та розглянуто основні економічні аспекти їх надходження в країну. Проаналізовано позитивні ефекти та негативні наслідки залучення ПІІ для економіки приймаючої країни. Систематизовано теоретичні підходи до вивчення інституційного чинника привабливості національної економіки для іноземного інвестора. Проаналізовано динаміку надходження ПІІ в економіку Польщі. Визначено структурні особливості ПІІ, накопичених в польській економіці. Виявлено ефективні інституційні інструменти формування інвестиційної привабливості промислового сектору Польщі. Проаналізовано основні тенденції та проблеми залучення ПІІ в економіку України. Обгрунтовано напрями удосконалення інституційного середовища прямого іноземного інвестування в Україні з урахуванням досвіду Польщі. The thesis defines the essence of direct foreign investments and considers the main economic aspects of their entry into the country. The positive and negative effects of attracting FDI for the host country's economy are analyzed. Theoretical approaches to the study of the institutional factor of the attractiveness of the national economy for a foreign investor are systematized. The dynamics of FDI inflows into the Polish economy have been analyzed. The structural features of FDI accumulated in the Polish economy are determined. Effective institutional tools for forming the investment attractiveness of Poland's industrial sector have been identified. The main trends and problems of FDI attraction in the economy of Ukraine are analyzed. The directions for improving the institutional environment of direct foreign investment in Ukraine are substantiated, taking into account the experience of Poland.
