Систематизовано теоретичні засади дослідження спільної торговельної політики ЄС. Визначено сутність і особливості формування спільної торговельної політики ЄС. Проаналізовано передумови адаптації торговельного режиму країн Центральної та Східної Європи до спільної торговельної політики ЄС. Систематизовано напрями трансформації зовнішньоторговельної політики країн Центральної та Східної Європи в умовах членства в ЄС. Обгрунтовано організаційно-економічний механізм адаптації зовнішньої торгівлі країн Центральної та Східної Європи до умов ЄС. Здійснено оцінку економічних наслідків приєднання країн Центральної та Східної Європи до ЄС. Проаналізовано особливості зовнішньоторговельної політики країн Центральної та Східної Європи в умовах членства в ЄС. Визначено перспективи розвитку зовнішньоторговельної політики України щодо країн Центральної та Східної Європи. З’ясовано основні принципи формування сучасної зовнішньоторговельної політики України в умовах реалізації євроінтеграційної стратегії. Проаналізовано сучасний стан і перспективи зовнішньої торгівлі України з країнами Центральної та Східної Європи. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями вдосконалення зовнішньоторговельної політики України з урахуванням досвіду країн Центральної та Східної Європи. The qualification work examines the foreign trade policy of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the context of deepening European integration processes. The theoretical foundations of the study of the common trade policy of the EU are systematized. The essence and features of the formation of the common trade policy of the EU have been determined. The prerequisites for the adaptation of the trade regime of Central and Eastern European countries to the common trade policy of the EU are analyzed. The directions of the transformation of the foreign trade policy of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in terms of EU membership are systematized. The organizational and economic mechanism for adapting the foreign trade of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe to the conditions of the EU is substantiated. An assessment of the economic consequences of the accession of Central and Eastern European countries to the EU was carried out. Peculiarities of the foreign trade policy of Central and Eastern European countries under the conditions of EU membership are analyzed. The prospects for the development of Ukraine's foreign trade policy in relation to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe have been determined. The main principles of the formation of the modern foreign trade policy of Ukraine in the conditions of the implementation of the European integration strategy are clarified. The current state and prospects of Ukraine's foreign trade with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe are analyzed. DariaВипускну кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню особливостей організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства в контексті розвитку євроінтеграційних процесів, визначено переваги та ризики адаптації промислових підприємств до умов євроінтеграційних процесів. Дослідження зосереджено на динаміці міжнародного руху капіталу та залученні іноземних інвестицій в економіку України на етапі післявоєнного відновлення. У першому розділі розглядаються теоретичні та методологічні основи транскордонного руху капіталу. Обговорюється інвестиційна привабливість національної економіки та оцінюється ефективність іноземних інвестицій за встановленими методологіями. У другому розділі досліджуються основні тенденції залучення іноземних інвестицій в Україну, наголошується на нормативно-правовій базі, що регулює діяльність іноземних інвесторів, а також на динаміці та структурі цих інвестицій у контексті повоєнного відновлення. Визначаються поточні проблеми із залученням прямих іноземних інвестицій (ПІІ). У третьому розділі пропонуються стратегії активізації діяльності іноземних інвесторів шляхом підвищення інвестиційної привабливості економіки України. Окреслено потенційні механізми підвищення інвестиційної привабливості та перспективи залучення іноземних інвестицій після завершення конфлікту. Висновки підкреслюють важливість розробки ефективних стратегій залучення іноземних інвестицій, які мають вирішальне значення для відновлення та розвитку української економіки. Це дослідження дає зрозуміти складну взаємодію між нормативно-правовою базою, інвестиційною привабливістю та стратегічними підходами до створення сприятливого середовища для притоку іноземного капіталу в постконфліктних умовах. This research focuses on the dynamics of international capital movement and the attraction of foreign investments into Ukraine's economy during its post-war recovery phase. The first section delves into the theoretical and methodological foundations of cross-border capital movement. It discusses the investment attractiveness of the national economy and evaluates the effectiveness of foreign investments through established methodologies. The second section explores the main trends in attracting foreign investments to Ukraine, emphasizing the regulatory framework governing foreign investors' activities and the dynamics and structure of these investments in the context of post-war recovery. It also identifies ongoing challenges in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI). The third section proposes strategies to enhance the activity of foreign investors by improving the investment appeal of Ukraine's economy. It outlines potential mechanisms to increase investment attractiveness and the prospects for attracting foreign investments following the end of the conflict. The conclusions highlight the importance of developing effective strategies to attract foreign investments, which are crucial for the recovery and development of the Ukrainian economy. Визначено роль зростання в національній політиці як важливого чинника структурних змін в економіці. Проаналізовано теоретичні основи становлення інформаційного суспільства у контексті глобальної економіки. Систематизовано методологічні підходи щодо оцінки розвитку процесу інформатизації суспільства. Проаналізовано тенденції, характеристики, закономірності й проблеми європейського економічного зростання. Системно проаналізовано розвиток інформаційного суспільства в ЄС. За допомогою використання методів математичного аналізу емпірично доведено значний вплив інформатизації на процес економічного зростання України та Європи. Визначено напрямки та перспективи розвитку інформаційного суспільства на європейському континенті на тлі економічного зростання. У контексті сучасних глобальних викликів визначено пріоритетні напрями формування інформаційного суспільства в Україні. Визначено пріоритети співпраці між Україною та ЄС у сфері інформаційної політики військового часу та інформаційної безпеки. The work looks at the patterns and issues of data society advancement within the setting of guaranteeing financial development in Europe. The part of state approach development as an critical factor in basic changes within the economy is clarified. The hypothetical foundations of the arrangement of the data society within the conditions of the worldwide economy are analyzed. Systematized deliberate approaches to the evaluation of the improvement of forms of informatization of society. The patterns, highlights, regularities and issues of financial development in Europe are analyzed. A precise examination of the improvement of the data society within the EU was carried out. Utilizing the strategies of numerical investigation, a tall level of impact of informatization on the forms of financial development in Ukraine and Europe has been observationally demonstrated. Planned headings for the advancement of the data society in Europe within the setting of financial development are substantiated. The needs of the arrangement of the data society in Ukraine within the conditions of the worldwide challenges of our time have been decided. Зроблено загальні оцінки балансу інтересів і шляхів європейської інтеграції країн Східної Європи. Систематизовано методичні підходи до емпіричної оцінки впливу економічної інтеграції. Розглянуто також теоретичні аспекти дослідження ефекту «локомотива» у зовнішній торгівлі. Проаналізовано характеристики руху капіталу в інтегрованих одиницях. Проведено емпіричні оцінки впливу економічної інтеграції на економіку країн Східної Європи. Описано перспективи еволюційної інтеграції в країнах Східної Європи. Досліджено причини напруженості у відносинах між східноєвропейськими країнами (Польщею та Угорщиною) та «старою» Європою. Підтверджено перспективи євроінтеграції країн Південної Європи. Визначено основні напрями адаптації позитивного досвіду економічного розвитку та євроінтеграції країн Центрально-Східної Європи (ЦСЄ) до сучасних умов України. The work examines the trends and problems of the development of integration processes in the countries of Eastern Europe and their impact on economic development. The main stages of the European integration process and the logic of events during the formation of the common European market are defined. General assessments of the balance of interests and ways of European integration of Eastern European countries have been made. Methodical approaches to the empirical assessment of the impact of economic integration are systematized. The theoretical aspects of the study of the "locomotive" effect in foreign trade are also considered. The characteristics of capital movement in integrated units are analyzed. Empirical assessments of the impact of economic integration on the economies of Eastern European countries have been carried out. The prospects of evolutionary integration in the countries of Eastern Europe are described. The causes of tension in the relations between Eastern European countries (Poland and Hungary) and "old" Europe are studied. The prospects of the European integration of the countries of Southern Europe have been confirmed. The main directions of adaptation of the positive experience of economic development and European integration of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to the modern conditions of Ukraine are determined.
