    Напрями розвитку вітчизняного експорту зерна в умовах глобальних викликів сучасності

    У кваліфікаційній роботі розглядаються теоретичні та методологічні аспекти дослідження експортної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств зернової галузі в контексті поглиблення глобальних викликів сучасності. Систематизовано методологічний підхід до аналізу міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств зернової галузі України. Проаналізовано інституційні аспекти розвитку вітчизняного експорту зерна у воєнний час. Систематизовані тенденції та проблеми українського експорту зернової продукції. Проведено емпіричну оцінку чинників конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних експортерів зерна на міжнародному ринку. Проведено аналіз різних факторів, що підсилюють міжнародну взаємодоповнюваність вітчизняного зернового сектора. Продемонстровано механізми та перспективи розвитку експорту вітчизняного зерна в умовах воєнного часу. Запропоновано механізм підвищення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних сільськогосподарських підприємств на міжнародному ринку зерна. The qualification work examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of the export activity of domestic enterprises in the grain industry in the context of deepening the global challenges of today. A methodological approach to the analysis of the international competitiveness of enterprises in the grain industry of Ukraine is systematized. The institutional aspects of the development of domestic grain exports during the war are analyzed. Systematized trends and problems of Ukrainian export of grain products. An empirical assessment of the factors of competitiveness of domestic grain exporters on the international market was carried out. An analysis of various factors that strengthen the international complementarity of the domestic grain sector has been carried out. The mechanisms and prospects for the development of domestic grain export in wartime conditions are demonstrated. A mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of domestic agricultural enterprises on the international grain market is proposed.

    Конкурентоспроможність вітчизняних підприємств на міжнародних ринках продукції олійної промисловості

    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджуються сучасні проблеми формування конкурентоспроможності та експортного потенціалу українських підприємств олійної промисловості та стратегічні напрями їх посилення в умовах загроз та викликів сучасності. На основі проведення системного аналізу визначено собливості та специфіку сучасних зовнішньоторговельних відносин вітчизняної олійної промисловості. Виявлено особливості, тенденції, проблеми, досвід посиелння експортного потенціалу українських підприємств олійно-жирової промисловості, узагальнено напярми його оптимізації в умовах економічної нестабільності. У результаті дослідження окреслені перспективи й обґрунтовані економічні аспекти посилення конкурентоспроможності й експортного потенціалу вітчизняних підприємств олійної промисловості в контексті євроінтеграції, організаційні та економічні механізми й заходи зростання ефективності експортного потенціалу на підприємствах олійної галузі. The qualification work examines modern problems of the formation of competitiveness and export potential of Ukrainian oil industry enterprises and strategic directions of their strengthening in the conditions of modern threats and challenges. Based on the systematic analysis, the possibilities and specifics of modern foreign trade relations of the domestic oil industry were determined. Features, trends, problems, experience of settlement of the export potential of Ukrainian enterprises of the oil and fat industry are revealed, summarized in terms of its optimization in conditions of economic instability. As a result of the study, the prospects and justified economic aspects of strengthening the competitiveness and export potential of domestic oil industry enterprises in the context of European integration, organizational and economic mechanisms and measures to increase the efficiency of export potential at oil industry enterprises are outlined.

    У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуті теоретичні засади дослідження конкурентоспроможності підприємств агропромислового комплексу в умовах міжнародної інтеграції. Досліджені методичні підходи до аналізу міжнародної конкурентоспроможності агропромислових підприємств. Проаналізовані інституційні засади розвитку вітчизняного аграрного експорту в умовах євроінтеграції та викликів сучасності. Розглянуті проблеми та тенденції розвитку вітчизняного експорту аграрної продукції. Здійснено емпіричну оцінку чинників конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств АПК на ринку європейських країн. Проведено аналіз інфраструктурних факторів посилення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного АПК. Сформовані пропозиції та перспективи розвитку вітчизняного експорту продукції АПК в умовах ВЗВТ. Запропоновані механізми та інструменти посилення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних агропромислових підприємств на ринках зарубіжних країн. The theoretical basis of the study of the competitiveness of the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in the conditions of international integration is considered in the qualification work. Methodical approaches to the analysis of the international competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises are studied. The institutional foundations of the development of domestic agricultural exports in the conditions of European integration and modern challenges are analyzed. Considered problems and trends in the development of domestic export of agricultural products. Empirical assessment of factors of competitiveness of domestic agro-industrial complex enterprises on the market of European countries was carried out. An analysis of infrastructural factors of strengthening the international competitiveness of the domestic agricultural industry was carried out. Formed proposals and prospects for the development of domestic exports of agro-industrial complex products under the conditions of the Free Trade Agreement. Proposed mechanisms and tools for strengthening the competitiveness of domestic agro-industrial enterprises in the markets of foreign countries.

    Кваліфікаційна роботу присвячено обґрунтуванню теоретичних та методичних засад щодо зміцнення експортного потенціалу наукомістких галузей економіки в умовах загострення міжнародної конкуренції. Уточнено понятійний апарат в контексті розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств промисловості, визначено переваги та ризики адаптації наукомістких галузей до умов євроінтеграційних процесів. Проаналізовано конкурентоспроможність експортного потенціалу, виявлено найбільш сучасні технології ідентифікації структурної композиції державних систем сприяння розвитку експортного потенціалу. Проведено аналіз особливостей та динаміки розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності промисловості України, визначено фактори зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовищ, які впливають на формування адаптаційного потенціалу діяльності підприємств в зростаючих умовах міжнародної конкуренції. Досліджено процеси конкурентної трансформації національних економік під впливом кризових явищ: проаналізовано передумови формування експортного потенціалу національної економіки в посткризових умовах. Qualifying deals with the investigation of theoretical and methodological grounds for the export potential strengthening of knowledge-intensive economic fields under increased international competition. The conceptual framework in the context of the development of industrial enterprises international activities is specified; pros and cons of knowledge-intensive fields’ adaptation to the European integration processes are defined. The competitiveness of export potential is analyzed, the newest technologies of state systems structural identification for export potential fostering are found out. The peculiarities and the development dynamics in the international industry of Ukraine are analyzed, the factors of inner and outer environment influencing the adaptation potential of enterprises under growing international competitiveness are distinguished. The processes of competitive transformation of national economies under crisis are researched: prerequisites of export potential forming in the national economy in the conditions of post-crisis.

    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджуються особливості, тенденції, закономірності та проблеми формування конкурентоспроможності та експортного потенціалу підприємств харчової промисловості України та стратегічні пріоритети їх посилення в умовах поглиблення євроінтеграції. На основі проведеного аналізу проаналізована специфіка сучасних зовнішньоторговельних відносин вітчизняної харчової промисловості. Виявлено головні тренди та проблеми, досвід посилення експортного потенціалу зарубіжних країн та узагальнено напрями його оптимізації в умовах євроінтеграції. В результаті дослідження обгрунтовано перспективи та окреслено економічні засади посилення експортного потенціалу та конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств харчової промисловості в контексті євроінтеграції, організаційно-економічні механізми підвищення ефективності експортного потенціалу підприємств харчової промисловості. The qualification work examines the peculiarities, trends, regularities and problems of the formation of competitiveness and export potential of the food industry enterprises of Ukraine and the strategic priorities of their strengthening in the conditions of deepening European integration. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the specifics of modern foreign trade relations of the domestic food industry were analyzed. The main trends and problems, the experience of strengthening the export potential of foreign countries are identified, and the directions of its optimization in the conditions of European integration are summarized. As a result of the study, the perspectives and economic principles of strengthening the export potential and competitiveness of Ukrainian food industry enterprises in the context of European integration, organizational and economic mechanisms for increasing the efficiency of the export potential of food industry enterprises are outlined.

    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджуються проблеми розвитку експорту вітчизняних підприємств легкої промисловості та стратегічні напрями посилення його ефективності в умовах поглиблення євроінтеграції. На основі проведеного аналізу визначена специфіка сучасних зовнішньоторговельних відносин легкої промисловості України. Виявлено особливості, тенденції, проблеми вітчизняного експорту текстильної продукції. Узагальнено досвід посилення ефективності експорту текстильної продукції зарубіжних країн та узагальнено шляхи його оптимізації в умовах євроінтеграції. В результаті дослідження обґрунтовані економічні засади посилення ефективності експорту вітчизняних підприємств легкої промисловості в контексті євроінтеграції. Окреслено організаційно-економічні заходи підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств легкої промисловості. The qualification work examines the problems of export development of domestic enterprises of light industry and strategic directions of increasing its effectiveness in the conditions of deepening European integration. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the specificity of modern foreign trade relations of the light industry of Ukraine is determined. Features, trends, problems of the domestic export of textile products are revealed. The experience of increasing the effectiveness of the export of textile products of foreign countries is summarized and the ways of its optimization in the conditions of European integration are summarized. As a result of the study, the economic principles of increasing the export efficiency of domestic enterprises of light industry in the context of European integration are substantiated. Organizational and economic measures to increase the international competitiveness of light industry enterprises are outlined.

    У першому розділі розкривається сутність експортної діяльності та напрями її державного регулювання. Досліджено категорію експортного потенціалу та фактори впливу на нього. Розглянуто особливості машинобудівної галузі України як базового сегменту національної економіки. В другому розділі здійснено аналіз сучасного роз-витку машинобудування в Україні. Проаналізовано експорт товарів та послуг з Укра-їни до країн Європейського Союзу. Проведено оцінку тенденцій розвитку експорту продукції машинобудування з України до країн Європейського Союзу. В третьому розділі окреслено перспективи експорту продукції українського машинобудування. The first chapter defines the essence of export activity and directions of its state regulation. The category of export potential and the factors affecting it were studied. The peculiarities of the machine-building industry of Ukraine as a basic segment of the national economy are considered. The second chapter analyzes the modern development of mechanical engineering in Ukraine. The export of goods and services from Ukraine to the countries of the European Union was analyzed. An assessment of the development trends of the export of engineering products from Ukraine to the countries of the European Union was carried out. The third chapter outlines the prospects for the export of Ukrainian engineering products.

    У роботі досліджено тенденції та проблеми розвитку українського експорту продукції агропромислового комплексу в умовах членства України у Всеосяжній зоні вільної торгівлі ЄС. Узагальнено теоретичні аспекти аналізу конкурентоспроможності підприємств АПК у контексті міжнародної інтеграції. Досліджено вимоги Євросоюзу до функціонування ринків агропродовольчої продукції. Систематизовані інституційні аспекти розвитку аграрного експорту України в умовах євроінтеграції. Проаналізовано тенденції, особливості та проблеми розвитку вітчизняного експорту продукції АПК до країн Євросоюзу. Здійснено емпіричні оцінки факторів конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств АПК на європейському ринку. Проаналізовано інфраструктурні аспекти посилення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності українського АПК. Окреслено стратегічні вектори розвитку вітчизняного експорту продукції АПК в умовах функціонування Зони вільної торгівлі Євросоюзу. Розроблено рекомендації стосовно розвитку інституційного забезпечення вітчизняного експорту агропродовольчої продукції до ЄС. The paper examines the trends and problems of the development of Ukrainian exports of products of the agro-industrial complex in the conditions of Ukraine's membership in the EU Comprehensive Free Trade Area. The theoretical aspects of the analysis of the competitiveness of agribusiness enterprises in the context of international integration are summarized. The requirements of the European Union for the functioning of agro-food markets have been studied. Systematized institutional aspects of the development of agricultural exports of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration. The trends, peculiarities and problems of the development of the domestic export of agricultural products to the countries of the European Union are analyzed. Empirical evaluations of factors of competitiveness of Ukrainian agribusiness enterprises on the European market were carried out. The infrastructural aspects of strengthening the international competitiveness of the Ukrainian agricultural industry are analyzed. The strategic vectors of the development of the domestic export of agricultural products in the conditions of the functioning of the Free Trade Zone of the European Union are outlined. Recommendations have been developed regarding the development of institutional support for the domestic export of agro-food products to the EU.

    Зміцнення конкурентоспроможності України на світовому ринку сільськогосподарської продукції

    Оцінено позиції України на світовому аграрному ринку, визначено роль інновацій у їх посиленні та підвищенні конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного сільського господарства. Визначено основні напрями посилення українських позицій на світовому ринку сільськогосподарської продукції, а саме: впровадження інноваційних технологій вирощування сільськогосподарських культур і тварин, поліпшення технічного оснащення галузей рослинництва й тваринництва з метою підвищення продуктивності, забезпечення високої якості виробленої продукції з дотриманням вимог світових стандартів; збільшення капіталовкладень, спрямованих на оновлення й модернізацію основних виробничих фондів; диверсифікація експорту; удосконалення логістики просування українських сільськогосподарських продуктів на світовий ринок тощо. Ukraine’s positions in the world agrarian market were assessed, the role of innovations in their strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian agriculture was identified The main directions of Ukraine’s positions strengthening on the world agrarian market are determined, namely, providing state support for agricultural development, ensuring innovation activity, improvement of crop and livestock industries technical equipment in order to increase productivity, increasing of capital investments aimed at upgrading and modernizing the main productive assets, stimulating private entrepreneurial activity, increasing resource efficiency; diversification of exports, improvement of transport and logistics infrastructure, ensuring the high quality of the produced agricultural products taking into account world standards, etc. Key words: foreign investment, export potential, national economy diversification. competitiveness, productivity, innovations, agriculture, global agrarian market, directions of state policy.
